I am 68 yrs old, have been riding electric bikes for a couple of years and wasn’t totally happy with them . The steering on some of them had me afraid of crashing . I am only 5 ft 1 inch tall and they were hard for me to control . The Qlife tricker came across a search I was doing and I thought I would give a 3 wheeler a try . I couldn’t be happier . The ride is smooth, it is speedy. The disc brakes work awesome . To top it all off the price is Spectacular ! I will purchase another Qlife bike if the need arises . The assembly was extremely easy, my 73 yr old husband put it together with ease . The 2 baskets are great for when we are camping and want to go fishing . There was no problem putting the bike together. It is Easy to fold for indoor storage. Good power and the battery gets me all around town to run my errands and back home. The baskets are very convenient for groceries while the trike wheels make riding stable. The display keeps me informed about mileage and battery life. I love the bike it is fun to ride, but am very upset with the company. I got my bike in April, right away there was a problem with the wheel wobbling. I tried to reach the company through their email several times. Then a month later the differential started to make grinding noises again tried to get a hold of them with no response through email or phone call/voice mail. I finally went through here to get a hold of them. They did get back to me I sent them the videos they asked for and now I have gotten no response. I feel I should get a refund but Amazon says it is too late to get one. It is Amazons fault my bike is damaged in the first place. The drivers just drop them off their trucks and that is how the bikes are getting damaged. ... show more

    • Bad customer service, damaged at packaging . Rides well

The bike parts were stuck in spots they shouldn’t have been. The customer service literally just told us how to take the bike apart instead of helping us. We just poured WD-40 all over it until it slipped apart. After that, the bike is good, but the bike is damaged because of how it was packaged and how we had to take it apart. It is all scratched up and scraped up now. It wouldn’t be a big deal if I didn’t spend so much money. ... show more
