Like so many gen x I have sad, skinny, short, sparse eyebrows. I love tubing mascara, so when I heard about this tubing brow product, I quickly bought some in the herb color which was too dark. So I went with the taupe MJ color and was concerned about the color because it looked dark blonde but it dried down darker. I’m very happy with the color, which doesn’t match my gray hair on my head but still goes nicely. I use a taupe pencil from another brand to cover my old micro bladed ink that’s oxidized to a purple gray. Then I only use one coat of this product brushed the opposite direction. Then coat and comb in my natural direction. This products makes my hairs longer and thicker similar to mascara for lashes. It also has tremendous hold. I’ve had to use the 24 hour setter from the brand with the silver tube in the past, but this Milk brow gel puts my hairs in place, then they stay there all day. So I’ve cut that other product out of my routine completely. This stuff is a huge winner!! ... show more

This is exactly what I was looking for. The other comparable product I use is Tarte Boy Brow in Taupe. I ordered the Auburn shade because I'm a red head. I wish I ordered the Taupe of this product since the Auburn is a bit too dark for me. However, the brush and the product itself seem to be SUPER high quality. Love this product. It really does get the thick immovable brow hairs to stay in place all day…And then some - meaning it takes some heavier face wash than cetaphil gentle cleanser to remove if I apply it heavier. Anyway, it stays very well. I bought the dark brown grind for very dark brown nearly black hair. 3 stars because the applicator and packaging makes it clumpier than I want when I pull it out of the bottle. I’ll have to wipe it off and go from there because way too much product comes out and the bristles just hold on to it. I’ll even use a separate spoolie which tends to lead to less frustration. LOVE this product. I have overplucked eyebrows - if you could see my eyebrow product graveyard - nothing really works. But this stuff grabs on and enhances my real eyebrows. I use a light, backwards motion, getting the hair to separate and stand up - then I smooth where needed - and I get full, natural looking eyebrows that last a long time. ... show more

This is great! I was able to get an auburn color, which is usually not found, and it colors beautifully and keeps my brows in place. Also, it doesn't contain high risk toxic ingredients. Yuka rates it 83/100 which is excellent.

This product does what it says I will say, however, practice using it before you apply any make up. I personally have a separate mascara wand that I use so I can regulate the amount of product because when you use the wand that it comes with it does tend to go on heavy That being sad I love this product and I use it all the time ... show more
