Really enjoying the bike so far, very comfortable and fits well (I am 6’2”) the suspension is nice and it’s heavy/solid. My few drawbacks are: my front tire is a little wobbly, need to reach out for replacement. I wish I could do throttle only to 28mph. Having to pedal without resistance “ghost pedal” to reach 28mph then press and hold for cruise control feels very distracting/less safe than just letting it go 28mph throttle only. Love it otherwise.

After watching from the sidelines the past few years as the e-bike craze has grown, I finally decided to purchase my first e-bike. I wanted something decent but not too expensive, as my free time is limited and it would just be for cruising around the neighborhood and getting fun drone "follow me" footage. I watched several YouTube videos and after a couple of weeks, I decided on the Windone E2 as it was on sale and seemed to check off most of my items. I received it very quickly, and it was well packaged etc. So I finally got around to assembly and ran into my first hurdle that I want to warn you about: the official assembly video for this bike on YouTube is helpful, and assembly overall is fairly easy. BUT: be aware that some of the parts shown in the video may be slightly different than what you will receive. In my case, I received two equally sized spacers that help lock the front wheel in place, but in the video, they show one small and one large spacer. I assumed (incorrectly, as it would turn out) that I did not receive the correct parts so I contacted Windone customer service and they assured me that they would send me a new front axle as well as a phone holder at no charge. Well, that was 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived (can't track it, either). I got tired of waiting, so I just purchased it myself which took 2 weeks to arrive. So finally, I tried to assemble my bike and again (incorrectly) assumed that the pieces were interchangeable. They are not; the replacement axle is slightly larger which resulted in the original nut becoming permanently stuck on the replacement axle. With my 30 day return window rapidly closing, I tried going to my neighborhood Ace Hardware store as a last resort to see if I could purchase replacement nuts. Thankfully, they had the exact fit and I was able to finally put my bike together. Overall, the fit and finish is OK but there is definitely room for improvement. My main gripe is that the front brake rotor just barely grazes the brake caliper, resulting in a mild noise whenever I am riding it. Otherwise, I am happy with my purchase as a casual rider. I was not expecting Surron/Talaria speed OR quality, but I didn't have to pay those prices either. Windone customer service is meh, though (sorry Chloe) so make sure to quickly open and assemble your bike before the return period is over. To Amazon's credit, they did give me a 5% refund for my troubles.

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this E bike. I originally started with an electric scooter, traded that for an electric mountain bike, which was very small lightweight and didn’t have a lot of power so I did a lot of research on bigger and better E bikes and I decided to go with the wind one E2 and I have no regrets first off the assembly was fairly easy. It came in a well sized box that is definitely hard to move around, but given there is this full bike inside I understand my first ride on this bike was a little off mainly because I was not expecting the weight of this bike previously coming from a very lightweight 50 pound mountain bike to this over 100 pound E bike is definitely a more serious thing. The hardest thing that I had to do was learn the weight. It is a little harder to turn on a dime unlike a lightweight mountain bike, but that’s OK. The speed on this E bike is amazing on throttle only mode I’m going 20 mph while peddling and throttle I can achieve well over 28 mph. The speed is definitely there. This bike has good torque and the huge perk of this bike is it is amazing on steep inclines, I live in the hills of the California Bay Area and these hills are no joke with very steep inclines and I am going up 30° slopes with 10 miles an hour being my speed and no need to do hard peddling. My only NEGATIVE about this bike is a very small detail that is basically my choice. The design of this specific E bike has the long seat at an angle some E bikes have a flat seat. This one is angled so when you want to get on the bike, you do have to swing your leg over the entire body and I have to swing mine even more because I added a personal plate on the back so if you are going on a bike route where you are planning to get on and off the bike more than three times especially if you ride this at least three times a week you may start getting pain in some of your leg joints from all the excessive swings. Secondly, given the sharp angle, your seat is on you are always in a slight aggressive writing position, however I am 6 feet tall and I am about 135 pounds at the end of my bike ride which usually lasts an hour. I see no negative effects on my wrists or my back. I am not really hunched over and because the seat is so long you can find the right spot to adjust your posture. So I would give the comfort in eight out of 10 and I’m only dropping it a few points because of the leg swings that are required to get on the bike. However, the seat itself is very comfortable. This E bike in my opinion is priced fairly given that this E bike can go the maximum speed aloud legally with all of its features. the ride quality is very smooth, I’m riding over bumps with ease and I love it , this bike also has great room for customization and wrapping, another nit pick is I wish it had a little more security, like a key that is required to turn the bike on or a scan card, the key you get is only for locking the BATTERY , I see some bikes with keys required for the battery to even turn on, this one the battery turns on LOCKED OF UNLOCKED, but I love this ebike so much

The E2's system is exceptional: balanced charging, excellent temperature management, and most importantly, accurate battery percentage down to 1%. I tested it—at 5% shown, I still rode 3.2 miles home with no sudden cutoff. This reliability lets you plan longer routes confidently.

I bought this bike for my son and he loves it. The retro style looks amazing and the fat tires make it very stable on grass. The seat is very comfy and suspension works great even on bumpy road. My only issue is the assembly, the manual is not very clear and it took me almost 2 hour to finish. Also the bike is a bit heavy. Other than that it’s a solid ride for the money. Fast shipping too!
