I have long thick hair which takes forever to dry this had been a God send ! A little pricing it does the job plus styling in less than half the time. I hold it up on the wand to avoid hitting the buttons on the bottom of the wand. No problem at all ! Could be less expensive though. It curls beautfully and my hair does not frizz. Looks like I just stepped out of a hair salon Co considering they charge me extra money ( $35) to dry my hair , I have justified the pricing of this unit. ... show more

    • Disappointing Quality – Avoid
If I could give this zero stars, I would. I really wanted to love this, but the quality just isn't there. For the first few months, the curling attachments worked fairly well, but at the 90-day mark, the suction gave out. Now, it won't grab my hair at all and it constantly overheats/shuts off every 30 seconds during styling. Considering the high price tag, it should last much longer than three months. Easy to use and less damaging to your hair than a curling iron. Would recommend this product everyone

    • Don't buy - $168 restock fee to return
The round brush is so big and bulky. The curling parts didn't grab hair or curl the way it described. It's a lot of money for little bang. Went to return it and found they are charging $168 to restock it. Am awaiting complaint - that wasn't disclosed upon purchase.
