I head a pro-from that last 18 years it finally started to have problems 2 day ago so I porches a nuther yesterday..I it arrived on time an installment team put it together...we'll they was from amazon,,I ask the guys how long they have been putting treadmill to they said it was there frist time this is the look I gave them😳🫨🫩 you how that go's but they did ok putting it together..only when they left my house thay forgot to screw down 4 screws to will keep the the smart paid in place....the treadmill itself is like it....it so many features you so pod cast all the program straight to your TV 📺..I will join one of the prescription. Later . you also install Netflix an many other apps on it while I work out ..it's best to pull it on YouTube an look at the demo ..I don't won't to right a long review about but I do like it this the 2025 model if I have any problem out it will be come in charge this ratting.. ... show more

We used the amazon assembly option and I highly reccomend that. Treadmill is perfect for what I was looking for,very sturdy, pretty quiet and has good range of speed and incline. The location of the fan at waist height is not ideal and if I put a water bottle on one of the shelves it rattles terribly, however, I saw those issues in other reviews and everything else about this treadmill makes up for it, especially at this price point. The decline is a big deal for me and to my surprise pretty rare. I like the ifit, but won't be using it past the free trial because it's just a little pricey. Also, the mat we ordered for it came after it was assembled, and I did not find it easy to maneuver so that we could get the mat under it, perhaps with a larger space that would be different, but for us it was definitley a struggle, so get the mat first😁 ... show more

I have had this machine for 16 months and have to put replace the controller twice and the motor once. After the last round of replacement it lasted 9 days before dying again. Avoid this machine at all costs unless you are willing to have it sitting idle waiting for maintenance a majority of the time. ... show more

Treadmill itself is a bargain. The display and the software suck. Always have to answer no to paid subscription which is annoying. And the system is intentionally slow when you are not a subscriber. Takes forever to start the treadmill.

Assembly by myself was actually kind of easy with proper tools/ instructions recommend all basic tools do yourself a favor use a socket set and also a power drill. Only issue in assembly I caught just by looking at the illustrations is they mislabeled the left and right arm braces, and also there is no way a average person can drive most of the metal screws in with hand tools. Power drill ftw. How somebody hit there eye with the hydraulic in another review confuses me as there is no tension on it in assembly?? Overall cheaper than buying from the manufacture directly then once you register it you can get a 4 year extended warranty cheaper still than the manufacture charges for the unit alone. ... show more
