This is a great product a little pricey but I did the job well, I noticed that my canbus was reading 4v I then tested with my dmm and it was 3.2v

I use this tool in my shop as a diagnostic tool on the electronics. I like the DLC cord length the slim lined footprint and the pass through feature when hooked inline with my Verus Pro. The addition of the voltage meter and the ability to move with the push of a button to see line voltages and signal voltages of the various 16 lines. The safety features built into the tool and visual alerts also make it a very large plus to me. The tool is professional looking and feels well built. I also like that it uses regular multi meter test lead points. For my lead setups and connectors it is great. The 2 magnetic probes that come with it are great for testing fuses and looks plus feels like good quality and works good.

I have a 2016 Silverado that has typical GM electrical ghosts, this break out box should ship with all GM vehicles IMHO. The ability to quickly view CAN activity and voltage simple and give me the ability to hook up my scan tool and scope to the DLC at the same time. I really like Power Probe products and this one does not disappoint. The design is well thought out and well made, very substantial weight and feel. The LED indicators are bright and easy to see in direct sunlight. The voltage readout is handy to have on the tool and allows me to take and monitor voltages on individual pins with no extra meter. If you own a GM vehicle and do the work yourself you need this tool in your Arsenal.

The media could not be loaded. Ordered is product around 5 Mar 24. Carrier kept saying failed attempt at business but it is a residential address. After third time, I requested the item be on hold at near by FEDEX location. But it was sent to Albuquerque, NM, then back to Phoenix, then to Sante Fe, then back to Phoenix. Finally got product on 22 Mar 24, over 2.5 weeks. The package was the item package that displayed the product and it has been opened and re-taped and seems to have been tossed around a few times. I gave it a benefit of a doubt and still tried to use for a project car. I connected to my SUV first. It displayed a warning light when there is nothing wrong with my SUV, verified with my scan tool. Then I even connected to my wife’s car and checked and it was not even reading the CAN Hi and CAN Lo. And nothing is wrong with her car either. So which leads me to believe this breakout box has been used and returned due to faulty product from manufacturer or from last person who had this product. Product was late and faulty. Not satisfied, really want to have this diagnostic tool but not when it is not accurate.
