This treadmill is fantastic! I spent a long time researching different models and debating which one to get, and I’m so glad I chose this one. It’s very easy to move around and takes up very little space. Unboxing and setting it up was a breeze. I love that it comes with a remote to control the settings, and it’s surprisingly quiet overall. I mostly use it for walking, so I can’t speak to running performance—I wouldn’t say it’s ideal for running. The only downside is that the phone holder could be a bit higher; it’s a little low if you want to watch something while using the treadmill. This walking pad was a great purchase for my household. I use it almost every day, especially after meals, to help lower my blood sugar. It’s been really helpful for staying active without needing to leave the house. I even have my 9-year-old use it sometimes to get some extra cardio in, which has been great for building healthy habits. One thing I really appreciate is the noise level. It’s not completely silent, but it’s also not loud. If I have music or the TV on, the treadmill doesn’t overpower the sound, so it’s easy to use while watching something or listening to music. The space-saving design is another big plus. It’s lightweight enough for me to move easily, and I can slide it under my bed for storage and pull it out whenever I want to use it. Setup was very easy. One tip: if you plan on storing it under a bed or moving it often, you don’t really need to use the extra screws to secure the handle. The handle works fine without them and it makes storage easier. If you plan to keep it in one place permanently, the screws do add extra stability. It goes up to speed 6, which is perfect for walking and light cardio. If I ever want something more intense, I’ll go to the gym or invest in a bigger treadmill when I have more space. One thing to note is that the distance and time tracking don’t exactly match my smartwatch, so the accuracy may be a little off. It’s not a dealbreaker for me, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re tracking workouts closely. My only other wish is that it had an incline option for more intensity. The media could not be loaded. Perfect for most of my needs! Very little assembly and easy enough to do. I walked over a mile with it right out of the box. I personally felt like I had plenty of walking room. However I am not sure if that would still be the case for running…. I weigh 145lbs and I’m 5’6 it seemed to pull me with no struggles. My husband is 6’ and 190lbs it pulled him just fine as well. Perfect space saver EXCEPT I thought when purchasing this particular walking pad that the handle easily would fold down to store under the bed when not in use however you would have to take out the screws at the bottom of the handles in order for it to fold down and that’s just doing more than I wanted to every day. For the top part of the bars for the smart pad they provide screws with a handle on them for easy removal- seems they would have at the very least provided that same sort of thing for the bottom. They also provide these nice looking covers to go over the bottom screws but I will not be using them as I don’t want to remove them every single time I want to fold the walking pad up. I may go get some knob screws for the bottom ones as well so I don’t have to depend on not losing the Allen wrench needed for them. They do provide everything you need to put it together. If they would have designed this to fold without too much effort it would be 5 stars. It’s really pretty sturdy. The electric pad and cup holder are nice as well but feel less sturdy- flimsier plastic. Seems stable in all parts that truly matter. It’s pretty quiet. I like all of the program selections as well. I will update if any problems arise but so far on day 1 this is how I feel about it. ... show more

    • Great for Light walks
Im 5’9 and 280 and full of genetic arthritis. It’s small and lightweight. Easy to assemble. I leave mine out daily as I walk a mile 3 times a day, more if my body lets me. Would recommend for light to moderate walking for anyone thats not over 5’7. The handles are low so it’s not as comfortable as Id prefer for safety reasons. It’s not very stable at all. The support arms are thin and shaky.. There is no incline which thats not a problem for me. The noise level is actually very low. If you take your time you should be okay. The speed is definitely off. It does depend on your weight. I turn it up to 6.0 to get a fast pace. At the gym I do 3.8 and practically running. I honestly don’t think I would trust it for jogging or running. At least not if you are 200 pounds or more. My son is 6ft and he struggled to try and use it because the handles are way too short for him. If you want something small and slim for light work outs and you’re able to easily slid under your bed, I would recommend as it was a reasonable price. ... show more

Treadmill arrived, was easy to set up (I am 65) and everything appears to be working properly at this time. No odor when I unboxed and set it up. Folds up nicely for storing & easy to move around. Good value for the money. Not heavy, I was able to slide the box easily and open. Print is a little small in the users manuel. I had to get a magnifying glass to read it. Works as advertised. Quick delivery, well packaged. My only criticism is the handle bars are a little low. A height adjustment would be very helpful. Also, you should buy the lubricant and do that before using it the first time. It's a little noisy if you don,t. Overall, great purchase. Thanks !!!
