The assembly was relatively easy (online videos can help), it's solid and stable and feels durable. The machine's movement is smooth and quiet. The LCD monitor is easy to read and provides useful information. The 16 resistance levels, which are easily adjusted, offer a wide range of options. Neither my wife nor I, both different in body shape and size, have any complaints. We did much better with a limited budget than we ever imagined we could. We look forward to many years of healthy use ahead.

I am not an avid gym person and like to exercise at home. I was looking for something which is easy and provides a good exercise. I love that it is good looking and sturdy. I can exercise while on calls, watching TV or just listening to music. Setup was easy and quick. I ordered a mat to go under it but seems it is well designed and does not need anything under it. It is made with solid steel and does not move at all, I mean it is not wobbly. The plastic parts are nicely made too. Moreover it feels safe when you exercise on the machine. Pooboo Elliptical is a good machine for those who are looking to have a quick and efficient way to exercise without going to the gym. My wife and son also loved the bike, we call it "The Bike"
