  • Good accessories, but sound is .. not so good, but also not so bad, good balance
Color: Midnight Black Style: Headset
Well i like the case they have, i like they are wireless, no need to conect a cable to the controller. They have microphone. Volume adjustment on the headset....BUT honestly I was expecting louder sound , I was using my normal headphones and those sounded better than these , these dont have so much volume or base, kinda disappointed, but well I still like them Edit: well after trying them for a couple of hours, they aren't so bad, they really do cancel out any external sounds, I did have 1 time they disconnected but I just changed the wifi receiver to the front of the ps5 and it didnt give any problems maybe on the back it got over heated , and the sound volume is ok, not so loud good base, so I can say pretty good headphones from 4 I'll give them the 5 stars ... show more

  • PlayStation pulse elite headset
Color: Midnight Black Style: Headset
The PlayStation plus elite headset is really nice. The 3-D sounds incredible. It’s very comfortable. I play a lot. It’s very comfortable because my other ones sometimes hurt my ears. This one does not it’s a little pricing, but it’s worth it.

  • Repeated Disconnects – Second Unit, Same Problem
Color: Midnight Black Style: Headset
STAY AWAY !!!! I really wanted to like these, but unfortunately the Pulse Elite headset has been a huge disappointment. This is my second brand-new unit, and both have had the exact same issue: intermittent disconnects during gameplay. The headset will randomly lose connection, power off, then power back on mid-game. It worked fine the first day, then became unusable on day two. I’ve tried all recommended troubleshooting steps, including: • Hard resets • Moving the USB dongle to rear ports and using extension cables • Disabling auto power features • Reducing wireless interference Nothing fixed the problem. This doesn’t appear to be user error — it points to a firmware issue or quality control problem. For a premium-priced, first-party headset, this level of instability is unacceptable. Audio cutting out repeatedly completely ruins the gaming experience. To make matters worse, Sony support is extremely difficult to access. There is no clear or direct support path for this product, and navigating their support system to reach an actual representative is frustrating and time-consuming. For a flagship accessory, the lack of accessible customer support only adds to the disappointment. I’m returning this second pair and would not recommend this headset until Sony resolves both the connection issues and the support experience. ... show more

  • Noise canceling H9 awesome 2 thumbs up for 200 bucks
Color: Midnight Black Style: Headset
This H9 headset is top notch. You could pay 400 plus for better quality but these are now available for 200 so I would not buy another Elite bad build headset for 150. The software on PC is great and the options on the PS5 are nice. Noise canceling is amazing. Look for those deal on New opened from Amazon I got this for 138 like new in original box in 2 days. I have had 2 Elite headbands break thin plastic this is much better. ... show more

  • Not bad, but definitely not perfect headphones.
Color: Midnight Black Style: Headset
I've been using them for several weeks. I'll start with the most important thing, namely the sound: the detail and volume are good, and the ability to tweak the frequencies is also nice, although the low frequencies are lacking. But the sound quality is pretty good. Maybe I'm just used to headphones with active noise cancellation, but I really miss that feature here, and the isolation from the outside world is pretty mediocre. Another downside is that they don't sit very securely on the head and need to be adjusted constantly because they slip down. They also don't look very durable, and it's unlikely that they will retain their good appearance for years to come. If you buy them at a discount, these headphones are worth the money, but I wouldn't recommend buying them at full price because you can find a much better alternative. ... show more

  • Time for an Upgrade if your rocking OG PS5 Headset.
Color: Midnight Black Style: Headset
Coming from the original Default PS5 Pulse headset i had no idea what i had been missing with the Pulse Elite. I have a very big head and the fit is pretty darn good after playing for hours no real discomfort and the sound dampening is noticeable once you put them on. The mic is crisp. The sound profile is a good touch and you can really hear a difference between the old headset and the pulse elite. Playing HellDivers 2 i heard new sounds the old headphones missed. I love the fact you can plug them in via usb c or hang them on the included charging hanger. This was a surprise feature that is a great way to keep your headset charged after a long gaming session just hang it up and next time you play its good to go. The only cons are as follows. Update on Mute Button. You can now use the mute button on the controller to mute the Headset, This was not available on the OG Headset. Mute button is in a horrible place you end up rubbing the mic trying to find it and people know what your trying to do. The dongle is extremely light like almost fake feeling compared to the Normal Pulse headset. It just feels cheap in a otherwise premium package. ... show more

  • These are the ones!
Color: Midnight Black Style: Headset
Best quality headset I’ve found. The functionality of these are amazing. the mic pulls in and out making it easy to keep away from your face when simply using the headset to hear rather than speak! The mic quality is fantastic, the comfort level is out of this world, and the noise cancellation falls under the same “WOW” category as the last two. The volume control is easy to navigate and the other controls buttons are the same. High quality and my boyfriend loved his gift! ... show more

  • Just don’t buy them unless you like disposable headphones
Color: Midnight Black Style: Headset
These headphones are a walking problem. I wish I had done more research but I was desperate for wireless headphones for my ps portal. 6 months in, they have completely snapped. I’m extremely careful with any of my headphones. No signs of wear and tear prior to cracking. PlayStation’s warranty is a joke considering all the issues around these headphone. Had this happened sooner, I would have sent them back. Sound quality isn’t bad, connectivity is great using the link hardware. Unfortunately the pros do not shine if you cant wear them on your head. ... show more
