The PlayStation DualSense Genshin Impact Limited Edition controller is really pretty. The design stands out, and the details make it feel special compared to a standard controller. If you’re a fan of the game, it’s a nice collectible and looks great on display. It feels comfortable to use, just like a regular DualSense controller, and it works exactly as expected. I was a bit concerned when i ordered this reading the reviews stating people bought "New" controllers and either they didnt look new or the buyers experienced "drift" straight out of the box. Especially when i tecieved my New Genshin PS5 controller and the box seal sticker didnt look like what you typically see on the box when you purchase these at a brick and morter store. BUT, everything id expect to see in the box was there. The book/pamphlet from sony and the controller in the "foam" pouch as is typical. When i hooked it up the controller battery needed charging and the software needed updating, all typical of a New controller and there was no observable damage to anything. All good signs it indeed was a New controller. The design is awesome in my opinion and all the buttons, the D-pad and the analog sticks all felt solid and new. I have not experienced any stick drift at all so far as well. It functions as a new controller should and i love the look of it. No complaints here. We shall see how it holds up. Im very happy with this new limited edition Genshin PS5 controller and feel confident it is indeed new. One of the coolest looking controllers ive ever owned for the PS5. Battery life seems about standard for these. Good purchase in my opinion and very happy with it so far.

The controller is beautiful! I love that the white is a bit creamy and not a bright white, and it pairs perfectly with the deep teal. The art is so pretty and it says “Genshin” on the back and has a little chibi Paimon. Been playing Genshin since the closed beta and I’m thrilled at how lovely this controller is.

It shows the controller and the box in the picture yet my controller came in a bag? How do I know if this is one of the 65$ used ones or the 76$ NEW ones that I ordered?! I seems to be in great condition to be fair. I take these apart and replace parts all the time. It seems new but im not 100% sure... then in the reviews it seems tons of others came in THEIR boxes like they were supposed to! But nope, mine comes in a bag with the pamphlet thrown in there. I hate even thinking about the tossing around that went on from where it came, all the way to me and the parts are sensitive. If u show it beside the brand new box and even other customers came in the box, brand new, like it was supposed to (AND I ORDERED.) I just feel mine should have came that way too. But for those wondering other than that, it seems to be in "new" condition, hopefully it wasnt refurbished such as replaced Analog Joystick Modules or the springs inside and then wiped up real clean and sold as new. Thats just me being a realist and parnoid though because of it not coming in the box. It works great so far, I would personally say u should be fine to order. This is actual Playstations market here so the source is trustworthy, my question is did Sony or Amazon put my "BRAND NEW" controller in a bag? If its brand new WHY was it ever taken out of the box...? 🤔💭 ...
