Everyone's needs are different, but it's perfect for my TV room. It came as advertised...just unbox it, unwrap it, and give it space to expand. I find it quite comfortable in terms of relative firmness/softness, but it may be too firm for some tastes. If I had a gripe, I wish that it was a tad longer, so I can stretch on out (I'm about 5'9), but I love it, and my downtime is largely spent chillin' in it. Suits my needs perfectly. Note...unwrap it close to where you intend to place it. It's not hard to move on a smooth floor, but if you have to move it across carpet, that could be an issue. Update, February, 2026... Half a year in, and still loving it. It's holding it's shape very well, and my wife has also taken to it. She falls asleep every time she sits in it.🤣 For me, this was a good purchase. ... show more

Exactly as pictured and described! Super comfy!! Im 5'6 and fit completely in the chaise, no feet hanging off!! Color is just as pictured and matched my rug perfectly!! It is pretty heavy so 2 person move at all times. Super easy to assemble, just take out of the box and unwrap. Just be careful it doesn't pop you in the face when unwrapping. I feel like the couch is very nice and comfortable but I do feel like it's overpriced. It's very HEAVY. Definitely takes two people to move and unpack. Took around 3 days for it to fully fluff. It's more like 4.5 outta 5.... Overall it's really nice and comfortable and I like that there are no moving parts or anything other than foam.... Nothing can be broken. The head area is the only iffy thing. It's not comfortable to sleep in with the pillows that come with it .. Whoever said this chair isn’t firm is not telling the truth. It definitely had a smell when unpacking but that went away within a few hours to a day. It doesn’t have regular back support because it’s a lounge chair, more so for lying in. Overall I love it, it’s t comfy, firm and big. As far as the material and feel of the cushion all of that is great. The only 2 things I am unhappy with is the length and the height of the back of the chair. Grant it I know it was going to be like a chair and not a bed but i have slept in a recliner for about 4 yrs and figure I could deal with the length but i can’t.I can’t handle the back either I had go orde4 a wedge type cushion becaus3 not only It’s not only short is it sharp and hurts my neck. I am not regular height of 5’7” so if your taller u need to really consider not getting one unless u get one with the ottoman.
