It’s has great get up and go and it does pretty good on hills. The speed is about 25-30 mph and that’s the top speed. The battery life is amazing. Great e-bike! Honestly, I have nothing to compare against since I’ve never ridden an e-bike before. But because of the reasonable price, this wasn’t a hard decision to get this e-bike to try it out. First, the seller was really proactive about reaching out for shipping and delivery logistics and confirmations. But also sent messages on installation instructions. And lastly, very responsive to my messages. So top-notch h customer support. Putting the bike together too way less time than I expected - About 1 1/2 hours. And the ride is great! Super smooth and easy to handle. I’m shocked how great these e-bikes are and wish I could use this over my car to commute! Overall, great product and overall experience. The only thing (and I can’t blame the seller) - I wish the delivery fee wasn’t so high - but clearly makes sense for such a big/heavy item. ... show more

I was a bit skeptical about buying this bike from Amazon but was pleasantly impressed. The bike was delivered early and was packaged very well . Easy to put together and it fits me perfectly at 5 ft 5 and has that cafe racer look along with brake lights and turn signals . . Only complaints would be hydraulic brakes But it’s a cool little bike for the price . ... show more

I purchased the OUXI V8 electric bike for adults on September 23, 2025 for my husband and he loves it. Shortly after receiving the bike the front inner-tube went flat. I contacted OUXI through Amazon to start a conversation about my issue and how it could possibly be resolved. The customer service person stayed in touch with me until the matter ended. Within several weeks after emailing OUXI company, I received, not just the replacement inner tube that was damaged but 2 new inner tubes, which I was grateful for. OUXI customer service team is amazing. I would purchase another electric bike from this company in the future. Thank you OUXI for your help on this matter. ... show more

Purchased this for my sons 13th BD on May 3. Received it quickly, my son loved it until today. Just short of 3 months after purchase, it stopped working. Completely. We have never left the battery outside due to the summer heat. We watch it closely when charging, and unplug it immediately when it turns green. Of course it's outside the return window, so we now have an expensive garage decoration. The company is unable to be reached, the website on the description is not a valid page, and the phone number is a google voice mail. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. I am a single mom with limited finances. This was a gigantic waste of valuable resources. I need to note, that my son is only with me every other week, so this bike has only been used 5 weeks approximately. ... show more

I’ve just passed the 100-mile mark on this e-bike and I can confidently say… I love this thing. Delivery & Setup: The bike arrived in one box, undamaged, and nearly fully assembled, way more assembled than the videos led me to expect, which was a little confusing at first. I found myself second-guessing steps because the video guides seem outdated. But realistically, all I had to do was attach the handlebars and front wheel. After that, it was ready to ride! Customer Service: On day two, my front tire went flat. Total bummer, until I reached out to the seller through Amazon. They had already messaged me after purchase to confirm a few things (nice touch), and the moment I reported the flat, they shipped a new inner tube for free. It arrived the next day. I had the bike back on the road in 15 minutes. That kind of support? Rare. Battery & Ride Performance: Battery performance is solid. I’ve noticed it drains a little faster in 80°F+ weather (pretty normal for e-bikes), but last night I rode for 2 hours, a mix of pedal assist and full throttle at various speeds, and got about 25 miles, with juice to spare. Perfect range for my regular rides along Cherry Creek Trail into downtown Denver. Features: The horn and blinkers are surprisingly handy in the city. The headlight is a bit dim (likely to conserve battery), so I use a secondary light for night rides. The top speed was already unlocked right out of the box, no hidden settings to mess with, and it MOVES. Comfort & Fit: I’m 5’10”, around 210 lbs. The size is great for taller riders, and I fit fine, but when pedaling, my knees come up pretty high. Not a dealbreaker, just feels a little awkward. The seat? Let’s just say it’s not made for bigger folks or long hauls. Gets uncomfortable fast, I’m constantly shifting to find a sweet spot. (To be fair, I’m using this bike because I’m working on that. So hey motivation.) Suspension: Front shock absorption is decent. But the back? It’s a hard frame, no rear suspension, so your spine takes the hits. I felt it after a 2-hour ride, but that’s standard bike soreness. Nothing serious. Looks & Attention: This thing turns heads. People constantly ask me about it. It just has that sleek, eye-catching look. Final Thoughts: Aside from a flat tire (handled fast and for free) and the comfort quirks that come with my size, I’m incredibly happy with this purchase. Great value, solid performance, awesome support. Highly recommend it for commuters, casual riders, or anyone getting back into biking. ... show more
