Compared to the Babysense monitor it's replacing (B08SL6H83X), this monitor: - Has a slightly worse screen. It's got worse viewing angles, and it's not quite as high resolution. - Has a slightly worse interface. There's no dedicated volume buttons, and the back button is also the talkback button, so you can accidentally wake up your baby. I also couldn't figure out the zoom easily. - Does not have a built in night-light. This was an anti feature for us, as it freaked out all our children, and got turned on accidentally too easily. - Has a better bracket for attaching to the wall, though it's a bit less convenient if you need to move it often. - Has a slightly better turn speed. - Has the same awful barrel plug rather than something nice like usb-c. - Has the same number of pairable cameras (4), but only comes with 1, down from 2. - Is less than 1/5 the price. The babysense is currently on sale for $160, down from $180. This is currently on sale for $30, down from $80. This is the headline feature for me. You're getting 80% the value for 20% the price. You could buy 4 of these and still pay less than the babysense. Even at the full price, <$100 for this is a bargain by comparison. All in all, I wish this had been available when we first were having kids 7 years ago. Compared to the motorola we started with back then, it's better in every category, but especially price ($200 -> $30). I'll deal with the quirks for the savings. Oh, and we're replacing the old one after two years because it started losing its pairing to the cameras, and we don't need dual cameras anymore (our older kids aged out).

We had another $70 monitor from our baby shower with added cameras for $40. When I found this one I wanted to try it. I love it! The camera picked up the baby through the crib rails where the other one would only pick up the crib and was black through the rails. For a few more dollars than just the monitor for the other one I got two cameras and two monitors. The cameras are easy to pair. The only downside is that the camera can only be paired to one monitor so we have a useless monitor (or I guess it’s a backup) and we were really wanting the ability to have a monitor in two different rooms so my husband and I could monitor separately, but still gets 5 stars from me.

Works well with all the features advertised and has a nice big screen. Minor improvements could be made to make this top notch, including: 1) add a clock on the home screen 2) allow controlling brightness and volume without having to go into the menu 3) batteries in the camera to make it portable 4) an ultra low brightness level for night time would be icing on the cake

I got this so l can hear if my disabled husband falls at night. The room he uses is a smaller room, so l can’t get the fuller view that l want. It was super easy to set up. I was hoping to be able to hear him when he gets up to go to the bathroom, which is a few feet from his bed, but l sleep through it. I think if he fell through, l would hear it. When he gets up and down before l fall asleep, l am able to watch him partly to make sure he’s okay. I’m sure in a larger room, l would approve of the view better.

This camera rivals the more expensive brands. We have it set up for when our granddaughter is over. The screen is good sized, the picture is good quality and the sound is good as well. My daughter spent more than twice as much and it's picture quality is not as good this one. Definitely a good buy.

I cannot say enough good things about this baby monitor. The price point was so good so I was shocked when I saw how great the quality was. Sound and photo quality is just as good as the more expensive brands. We got this as we were transitioning our son to a floor bed and this has been perfect. I can move the camera when I’m not in the room and see him constantly. The rechargeable battery is great and lasts a good while. 10/10 definitely Recommend!!

I love this baby monitor. I got it so I could keep an eye on a relative with dementia. I sleep in a different room than he does and it's easy for me to keep an eye on him at night. The picture is clear, and the screen is large enough that I can see what he's doing. I can detect any sounds that might indicate he's stirring and need to check on him. This monitor gives me a lot of peace of mind.
