This is hands down my favorite baby purchase ever. The picture quality is incredibly clear, and I love how adjustable the camera is. Even after a year and a half of use, it still holds the exact angle I set it to without drifting, which really impressed me. The media could not be loaded. The device was very easy to set up. The two cameras were already paired to the parent unit and it comes with two wall mounting kits. This is an amazing price for 2 cameras and a parent unit. Before we moved and had our second kid, we had a Hubble camera that was almost the same price for only one camera. On top of it (Hubble) being over priced, we would constantly have connectivity issues and the camera quality wasn't nearly as clear as the the Babysense. The VOX feature, split screen, and zoom on this thing are amazing. I also love that I'm able to see the whole room by moving the camera. The only downside of this Babysense monitor, which isn't really a downside since it was resolved, is that after 1 night of using it the parent unit started making a weird sound (see video). I tried turning it off and on and pressing the reset button on the back, but neither of these things worked. And I also made sure it wasnt coming from my kids' rooms or the cameras themselves. So I called customer service and the rep, Chris, was great. He was very polite and guided me through some troubleshooting tips. Since we weren't able to resolve the issue, he ended up sending a new parent unit, free of charge. He said it would arrive in two days, but to my surprise it came in the very next day. Within less than 24 hours of calling customer service, I already had a new parent unit at my front door. Although the first parent unit was defective, I'm still giving a 5 star rating because the issue was resolved in a very quick and easy manner. Their customer service is one of the best I have seen. They also make it super easy to contact them by providing their contact information right on the parent unit so you always have it on hand. I will update this review if any issues arise with the new parent unit. ... show more

I needed a new camera with split abilities to watch my toddler and newborn and this one is perfect! Reaches all in my home and the quality is one of the best. Sounds a little grainy but it doesn’t affect anything. It’s still great! Really easy to set up anywhere. I used a baby monitor holder to attach to a dresser and put the camera there. The battery on the monitor lasts a really long time compared to my other one too ... show more

Clear picture. Easy to use. Like a millisecond lag. It’s barely noticeable. Also surprisingly durable. My baby has pulled this off the wall several times and it still works perfectly. We DID NOT mount it properly so I can’t speak on that. If it was mounted properly she probably couldn’t have yanked it down to start with. ... show more

EDIT/UPDATE: after I posted my review, a customer service manager reached out to me and sent me a brand new unit to replace my defective one. He apologized for the poor product performance, and how the previous representative handled by initial complaint. I really appreciate his efforts to make this right. The new camera I received works very well. ______________________________ I really liked this camera until it stopped functioning correctly. Their customer service is not helpful either. PROS: The ability to pan tilt and zoom is nice. And I like the split camera option on the monitor. Qualify and night vision is good too. CONS: the battery on the monitor doesn’t last long and I feel like the range could improve. I have been using this for 15 months and it just started making these high pitched noises all of a sudden. I followed all the suggestions I found online and nothing worked. I reached out to customer service and they said my cameras are out of warranty (1 year) and the best they can do is give me a discount to purchase a new one. Then I explained I saw someone suggesting switch the power cords which didn’t work either. I asked if they could send me replacement cords (which aren’t that expensive anyway) and service rep said no since I already tried it. But what if I have bad power cables? That would’ve been a cheaper alternative than sending me new cameras. And why is their best solution to offer me a discount to buy another one of their crappy cameras just to risk this happening again?! Make it make sense. It’s very frustrating because this wasn’t a cheap camera (I got the 2 camera package). I wouldn’t recommend this camera to anyone. ... show more
