Great chair, I love it! So I have been chair shopping for about a year, my recliner had seen better days and was starting to hurt my back when I sat in it. I found several chairs that I could have bought but they all had something that kept me from pushing the buy button. Either mixed reviews or chairs that lacked some of the features I was looking for kept me on the fence. I went to lazyboy and sat in a chair that had everything I wanted but it was $2000. Then I found this chair, I'm so it has all the features I was looking for, it heats. massages,swivels and glides. Best of all the Stuffing is firm but soft and cushiony, the arm rests are well cushioned, the chair is very comfortable to sit in. And that is the point. Now regarding the bells and whistles they are pretty fabulous too. The massage isn't just a single stage /position it travels up and down your body back butt arms and legs and has several settings, also i like the massage motor isnt very loud, i have sat in some the motor is so loud you cant hear tv unless it is blaring. The heat is a wonderful addition too so relaxing. The rocker and swivel work great. I need the rocker to make it easier to get up and out of the chair I thought maybe the Rocker glider swivel would be to much and make it unstable to get out of. Happy to say not a problem. The box came on time via Fedx looking a little beat up but the chair and all its parts were undamaged. It was very easy to put together! I'm a 71 yr old woman and it only took about 20 minutes. Hardest part was getting the base over to where it belonged (its heavy) everything else was a peice if cake.

OMG I love this recliner.rocker!! The Quality is great. The price is unmatched. It is so comfortable and easy to put together! I am 75 and put it together by myself. The heat isn't as hot as I want and the massager is more like a vibrator but the overall comfort and quality can't be beat especially for the wonderful price! I couldn't be happier and I am pretty hard to please.

The chair serves the purpose. The seat isn't as wide or not as deep as I thought although it did give the measurements. I am not a fan of the massaging AKA vibration that happens in the chair. I don't find it very relaxing or the vibration doesn't really have the ability to work out stress. I do enjoy the heat feature. The only other thing that I find odd is that when you press the button for the footrest to come up the back reclines at the same time. Once you've got the footrest where you want, you have to press the reverse button to bring the back to a more upright position. I would think that the footrest should come up and then the back recline so you have the option to stop it where you want to but it doesn't. Cords are long enough to reach the outlets. There are two chords so the unit requires two separate plugs to plug into. I think it is comfortable and looks good now. Not sure that the material and chair will hold up more than a couple years maybe.

While I find the chair to be mostly comfortable, 75% of the massage settings failed after just a few months. I used to be able to have it run on the highest setting, but now that actually just shuts the entire massage/heating system off. If I'm fast enough with the remote, I can manage to get massage working on one of the lower levels, but then if I try to switch which parts to massage, it stops everything again. I reached out to the seller, who sent me a replacement remote. That didn't help. They then sent me a replacement power supply. That didn't help. They then sent me a replacement seat back, which turned out to be an actual half of a chair shipment. When I thanked the seller but told them it wasn't the same as mine and showed it was box 1 of 2, they sent me box 2, which turned out to be the 2nd half of the chair. So now the replacement chair is assembled, and it's clearly not the same as what I paid for. It's 6" narrower, has a seat that's much shorter, and a seat back that's shorter too. The arms are different, the padding is stiffer, and overall it's just not nearly as comfortable. Even the reclining mechanism is different too, where the seat back reclines so much more than the original seat that I can't even rest my head on the seat when my feet are up. I reached out again to the seller only to be told this time they no longer offer the same chair (hmm, it's still listed as available!) and that basically this is the only chair they can give me. So now I have 2 chairs. One that is comfy but lacks the full massaging that I had come to really enjoy, and one that's got all the massaging but is too uncomfortable to even want to use. In the end, DO NOT recommend this chair as since it's partially failed after just 8 months of use.

Absolutely love this chair! Heat is wonderful and massage is more like a vibration but still very nice. I’m 5’7 and fit comfortably. My husband is 6 foot and still is comfortable. Very soft to the touch too! Came in 2 boxes that had some wear and tear but cushions and everything were perfectly intact. Extremely easy to put together as well.
