Great price for the size! Lasted my 3 large dogs 2 & 1/2 weeks. My dogs always recognize this bag as soon as I walk in the door. The ingredients must be decent quality because most new foods jack their bellies up but this never has.

I have tried all the foods out on the market and my husky will only eat this mixed with wet food. I cannot mix any other food with her wet food. It has to be this brand and she is very very picky over that thank goodness is junk food but it’s something that really keeps her full and healthy.

My doggo likes this stuff, but the #1 ingredient is corn--ouch--and hydrochloric acid is listed as an ingredient...what? Worse, it's listed before "peas" so there's more acid than veggies, apparently. I provide a protein topper; would not recommend this kibble as complete diet even though I read in one place that it "provides complete and balanced nutrition for adult dogs, meeting the standards set by the AAFCO Dog Food Nutrient Profiles"; another site says AAFCO assigns it a rating of 1, the lowest. Price is good, my doggy likes it, and I supplement it, so I still buy. But again, note the first several indredients: Corn, soybean meal, beef & bone meal, whole wheat, animal fat (BHA used as preservative), corn syrup, wheat middlings, water sufficient for processing, animal digest (source of chicken flavor), propylene glycol, salt, hydrochloric acid, potassium chloride, peas, caramel color.... ... show more

So sad to see that this is not on sale at this time. I do hope they bring it back. I use this to leave out for the wild life in my residential area, affordable maybe not the healthiest although with the food they are able to scrounge up, this at least will give them some nutrition and fill their bellies so they wont get to hunger (so I hope). ... show more
