For the price point, these earbuds have been awesome!! Instead of getting overly expensive earbuds that I might lose or not like, I bought these as starter Bluetooth earbuds and haven't opted for anything else since. I mainly use them to watch shows or listen to music (especially when walking). I sometimes use them for phone calls. For me, the sound on calls is clear but I have gotten the feedback that it can sometimes be loud with background noise for the person on the other end of the line. I have small ears and the buds are a surprisingly comfortable fit. I did separately buy a silicone lanyard that I use every time with the earbuds so that I don't lose them. Without the lanyard, I am confident I would have lost the buds. The charging capacity is also great. The buds last a long time before needing to be charged. The control buttons on the buds are very easy to use and work reliably. These sync well to my phone and tablet but I've had issues syncing them to airplane screens. Really good for the price. They look alright but most important they sound amazing, I’m pretty picky about my sound quality and straight out of the box they sounded pretty standard but adjusting the eq in the app made them sound 100x better. The bass is really good for how cheap they are and they have really good clarity. They fit pretty good in my ear and look decent and I use them quite a bit and only end up charging them once a week which is pretty good. I recommend if you want wireless earbuds with good sound quality that don’t break the bank. ... show more

These earbuds were great overall. The sound is amazing and gets really loud, and I was honestly impressed with the quality. The app is solid and easy to use pairing was smooth, and I like that you can turn on ambient sound and mess with different settings to customize how they sound. The only issue I had is the fit they tended to fall out of my ear sometimes, especially if I’m moving around, so I found myself adjusting them more than I wanted. I am really impressed with these! I have never had a set of JBL earbuds and so thought it would be great to try them. I have had several JBL speakers in the last few years and love all of them and these are just a great addition to my collection to be able to listen to music without anyone else hearing. They are super compact, they fit in your ear very well and feel good and they give off excellent sound! They came with a little case also which is also the charging case and cord. The price was nothing for these. I thought they were going to be much more expensive. They are very comfortable and stay in place really good. I give them a big A+ and would highly recommend these cheap earbuds to anyone that wants to give earbuds a try. ... show more

I've had these for nearly two months, using them at my job working with dogs. Typically, I listen to long-form videos on YouTube or music while working outside in a yard full of dogs. Having come from using some relatively basic ear buds bought at Target, I wanted something a little more durable and with stronger sound. I found these JBL buds for a decent price and decided to go for it, knowing that just about anything from JBL would sound better than what I had. All in all, they sounded great for the price and I enjoyed the easy touch controls for the most part, but there were some significant problems with how I was trying to use them on the job. For one thing, I'd never had ear buds in this design, with an Air Pod style handle or whatever and I worried that it would be unwieldy. Fortunately, it actually made getting them out of my ear or out of my pocket easier - so that was good. However, the touch controls were a little too sensitive for me, as I'd often find myself fumbling to grab one of the buds from a pocket and accidentally hit that touch spot in the process, either restarting my media or skipping onto something else entirely. What's more, the shape of these buds actually weren't great for my ears. I can't quite figure out why - I tried each size of tip that they came with and they were always either uncomfortable or downright painful after a short time in-use. A consequence of being outside, especially handling dogs in the sun, also made them prone to sliding out of my ears depending on what I was doing. I'd end up having to re-seat them more often than I liked. That said, the audio was still good and I just recently used them to listen to the new Deftones album at work, which was great. The extra features from the JBL app weren't so great, with the ambient awareness modes being barely useful at best and entirely useless or non-functional at worst. The equalizer was alright, but it's just an equalizer with some presets - it would be bizarre if that didn't work as intended. So, they survived working in the sun, getting splashed, sometimes falling to land on concrete, and being passed from pocket to pocket for almost two months. Only just now have they quit working because they got run through a cycle in the washing machine; I hadn't taken them out of my pocket in time and they're pretty much dead. One is entirely non-functional and the other is severely muffled, not to mention the questionable condition of their case. For the price, they're not bad. If they fit your ears and you don't mind the sensitive touch controls, then you'll probably really enjoy them. The audio quality is certainly good enough and they're sturdy, plus I never had any connectivity issues with my smartphone. They held a charge and even look cool, so... Yeah. Just don't let them run through the laundry. ... show more
