Ok. Let me just say, at first I was not convinced these would be in the shape I got them in. I'm pretty sure I saw some reviews that said they showed up in bad condition or didn't work correctly. The last pair of Beats studio 3s I had (still have them but they are in terrible terrible shape from use, and surviving a dog chewing them up and my kid managing to break them) I maybe paid $5 for them from my old job. Anyways these are amazing worth the price for refurbished we got them for the kid because he basically stole mine and used the hell out of them. So I took his air pods. Anyways we've noticed recently that he hadn't been using headphones very often so we thought for Xmas we would get him a new pair because what else do you get a 14yr gamer/edm/guitar/violinist kid. He can hook these up to anything and he doesn't have to listen to my old people music in the car anymore or turn my music off mid song because I'm a 38yr old mom with an old lady music playlist? Whatever he's gunna love them I will love them because he won't be turning my music off in the car. Life really comes full circle when you realize you also turned you mom's music off in the car when you were 14 just to grow up and listen to your mom's music lol anyways thank you! These have a snug fit, not uncomfortable but snug. The ear cups are somewhere in between the extra firm beats solos and the plush studio pros. Of the 3 of these, these had the best noise cancellation by a lot in my opinion. Sound is ok, nothing super special but not bad. If I had to rate the three beats products I have, I would buy the studio pros again, maybe these to use for working out, and the solos I would not buy. in fact I sold mine on Facebook marketplace because I disliked them so much. I can’t remember if these were refurbished, if they were they were in excellent condition and I would have no qualms buying any refurbed product from Amazon. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I bought these as a gift. Received them with a defective left ear extender. They were covered in sticky residue or something. The ear muff parts were dirty with white specks. The shipping took 2 weeks just to receive something that was supposed to be gifted. The product is good for what to expect for middle of the road quality, design, capabilities and other categories. Battery life is amazing, haven't even charged it again since I started wearing them! Design is very straight forward and sleek with not too many options to complicate it. Easy setup for any Apple users and seamless switching over to other Apple products I have. Unless you have smaller ears, the cushion design after over an hour or so starts to hurt a little bit. Stays well on your head, when when working out or moving around. As far as noise cancelling, it does a decent job but other products like Sony or Bose or others have better products if you're looking for true cancellation of surrounding noises, especially for plane rides or car trips. It does the job though for general usage and if you don't need it just for noise cancelling. The sound quality is great, it is though a little bass heavy. Using the headset to have a conversation with another person is okay without the cord/wired mic but even then sounds like you are on speaker when you're not (but keep in mind this is not built the same way like the AirPods for that purpose. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase because of how I use the product more for listening to music and drowning out excessive noises in the house from pets, guests, kids and other unwanted distractions. I bought the product refurbished and still works like new at half the cost, so definitely worth it if it's under $300. ... show more

They are amazing in how they operate but the material on the ear pieces started chipping away and I had to replace them. So, story is, i wear them to the gym. Which means, i get sweaty and then I'll wipe them down with sanitizer which may have been the cause of them starting to chip in the 1st place. But all around i am very happy with them.
