    • Don’t waste your money!!
This is very easy to put together wrong and certain aspects if you install incorrectly you are out of luck as there is no fixing it. The directions are cheap and hard to follow. No idea how this has the hisqvarna name on it but this is one of the worst snowblowers I’ve ever owned

Excellent sturdy 24 inch snow blower. Lots of continuous snow this Covid Dec-Feb in the northern Catskills. Electric start worked each time. I am a 68 year old woman in good shape and had no problem keeping our country house decks cleared to keep the weight of the snow off the decks. The power steering assisted with the maneuverability. The light is bright enough at winter dusk to finish the job. Oh...in reverse it moved a bit too slowly. Otherwise, LOVED using it. ... show more

    • Husqvarna does not support parts for the snow blowers they sale.
I purchased several years ago. all has worked well however, I Purchased a Plate Skid.Shoe Comp part # HUS 583838801 back in November 30, 2022. Purchased from Farmers Exchange in Kennewick, WA. I have followed up with them four times since I purchased the part. They tell me Husqvarna says it's on backorder with no date of delivery. I asked them to please call them and ask what the issue is. They said the would not. I asked for a number they order their parts from and they would not give it to me. I've tried contact Husqvarna direct and get caught on a customer no service recorded phone line. I would think carefully about their lack of service on units they sale. ... show more

Bought mine a few years ago from a local retailer. Had it in for repair four times this winter and it still doesn't start. Worked well at first now doesn't work at all.
