As part of our most stable line of sport performance bracing products, the DonJoy Performance BIONIC FULLSTOP ACL Knee Brace provides the ultimate in Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) protection during recovery from injury, as well as prevention of future injury. FULLSTOP dampening hinges prevent hyperextension and help improve joint mechanics in both surgical and non- surgical knees. Through the dampening cycle of the hinge, muscle memory trains your body to keep both the braced and un-braced knees out of the "at risk" zone. Compression and thermal heat regulation technology in the brace keep you from overheating during exertion. Anti-migration technology prevents sleeve movement, even during your movement. The adjustable straps on the brace enable users to have greater customizability for a more secure, personal fit. The brace is also equipped with reflectivity for enhanced visibility in low-light conditions. It works great. I used it when I played tennis and pickleball. The first order was the wrong size. I immediately notified the supplier and ordered a large size for myself. It works so far, and I don’t push it to the limit. I had OA in both knees, but my left one is showing some signs of attention. The back side of the plastic on the hinge is sharp. First time wearing it yesterday and when going up a ladder my opposite leg rubbed against it and caused an 8” cut!

I am 53 y/o and have a tear in my medial meniscus. I have been using a McDavid hinged knee brace for a couple of years while playing doubles tennis on clay courts. It has been fairly effective but I still feel some aggravation in my meniscus after play. I decided to try the Donjoy Fullstop. What appeals to me about this brace (as opposed to virtually every other hinged knee brace) is that it has 4 straps instead of 2 - and yes, that translates to even more stability! The twisting and turning in tennis puts a lot of stress on the meniscus, but my knee feels great after playing, which is a true testament to this brace’s effectiveness. I really wanted this thing to be all it was cracked up to be. In shorts the Velcro straps cut my other leg, and the lower portion of the brace aggressively stabs into my calf when I’m walking. The brace is made of nice material and very heavy duty. The straps should all end on the left side (for left leg and right side for right) with the Velcro facing outwards, and the lower metal hinge should be heavily padded, not just shoved in a heavy duty sleeve. I really wanted this thing to be better than the McDavis but it’s not. It’s more comfortable if I’m laying down not doing anything, but that’s not why I bought it lol. ... show more

Great knee brace with good support. My son had lateral meniscus surgery and he likes the way it support the knee and keeps it from shifting and rolling during various activities. It’s a little expensive but probably the best non fitted knee brace on the market.
