At first glance these seem like great socks. I was excited to finally have good quality socks. I finally just wore them for the first time (since it’s not in season) to break in some new snowboard boots that I got. While putting them on they ripped where my toes are right across the seem. It’s pretty upsetting considering that these aren’t exactly cheap for just one pair of socks. I 100% bought the right size so they being to small isn’t an excuse. Obviously the quality isn’t as good as it needs to be. If they are already holey without me boarding in them then I can’t imagine the way they would look after a few times on the slopes. Don’t get me wrong, I love burton. I bought my snowboard and bindings from them as well. But this was definitely a disappointment. Please someone from burton help me with this situation. Update: they sent me a new pair without giving me any issues so I’m raising it up to 3 stars for customer service. Leaving it at 3 though because I’m not sure I can trust the quality of the socks now ... show more

Got a set right before a two day trip. I've had problems with hot spots in the ball of my feet after about 6 hrs of boarding. These took complete care of that. Ended up wearing them both days and ordered another pair as soon as I got home

These are ok but I expect more from Burton for the price. These are pretty thin, probably work great in high end boots but in a pair of rentals, get ready to double up.

They are pricey and unnecessary if you already own wool socks. However, my feet stayed dry and I felt like they didn't slide as much compared to a normal wool sock. Doubles as a compression sock which is a nice feature. Not super warm, probably wouldn't wear these on a sub 20 degree day.
