The hoodie itself was fine. It was clean, neatly folded & packaged and arrived as expected with superior quality. The only issue I had is when I clicked to order a size Medium, I got a pop-up warning that “most customers had returned the size M due to a size issue” and that the size Large was recommended. Afraid that the medium would run too small, I sized up. Turns out it was “too big” for my 13yr old who is 5’5, 145lbs. In my opinion the garment had a good, loose fit with some room for future growth when he tried it on…but if anyone’s teenaged boys are like mine, parents know that a snuggier fit is the trend amongst most. So to say that the product was mis-sized would not be accurate, because I feel that it absolutely is. It’s the pop-up, almost scare tactic-ish, warning that threw me off, as some clothing items can truly run small. At the time of my order, M/black was out of stock, and I feel that was ploy for the [vendor] to push for a purchase of what was in stock, as I’ve seen this a few times while shopping here. My advice, check the reviews on size and don’t let the pop-up size alert steer you away from what you believe to be the appropriate size with this particular item. I did not have to return though, it was still a great fit for my 15yr old son so he got it instead. Overall a quality product and would highly recommend. ... show more
