These are great. Didn’t regret getting the spikeless version, while these are marketed as XC shoes, they have the proper feedback and traction I needed for doing tempo runs and sprint on synthetic grass.

These Brooks XC spikes fit true to size and have great heel support. Perfect for cross country and track. The bright color is awesome—my kid loves it, and I can spot him in a crowd! He says, “I can run so fast in my new shoes!” Great for distance running and super comfy.
