I LOVE this fireplace! It looks realistic with logs. I mean, obviously no one will walk in and say do I need to get wood for the fire…but…the flame and glow are realistic. It’s still too warm to use the heating feature but I predict it will be adequate. We don’t get super cold weather here in the winter and I think it will take the chill off of the living room. Let’s talk about assembly. My husband is 78. I’m 62. He read the instructions to me and I assembled it. About the last hour he left to go get pizza and I finished the assembly. It took me 5 hours including clean up and putting away tools . I know the directions say 2 hours but honestly, I did not want to make any mistakes so I took my time. These are some of the best assembly instructions I’ve seen in years. They are easy to follow and if you follow the steps and don’t try to anticipate you should have no problems. We DID have a couple of minor issues. The plastic stabilizing pieces had a couple of chunks of plastic that filled the hole. Easy fix. We drilled it out but I wrestled with it for 30 minutes before I figured it out. The major problem we had was installing the main mantle. I probably spent an hour or so working on it and scratching my head and finally had to remove 2 of the dowels because they were over 1/8” too high. We tried drilling the hole down more but couldn’t make it work so we took them out. There is still a gap where the top of the mantle meets the front board so my solution was some caulking to eliminate the gap. Pretty easy fix but was a time consuming problem. Honestly, I have no issues with the assembly process but it wasn’t easy peasy lemon squeezey. I am absolutely in LOVE and am SO glad I decided to purchase this taller and wider model. I’m looking forward to accessorizing the shelves and cannot wait to hang stockings this Christmas. I feel like the quality is good. The price was fair. Assembly was about what I expected. Instructions were great. I would recommend this unit to anyone and I’m kinda wishing I hadn’t waited so long to bring this into my life!

Bought this fireplace for my wife and she absolutely loves it. Seems to be built well, easy to assemble, and looks great in our sunroom. You can’t really argue with the price either. We really like being able to keep it running the flame for the effect and not be using the heat at the same time and the crackling sounds are cool too. We had one issue with a mismatched part but the company handled a replacement lightening fast. In fact, the customer service reps name was Joey and he was awesome!

I'll give it a 4 for final looks but a 3 for assembly = 4 stars. It arrived in two boxes and the one with the wood pieces was huge and probably weighed 200 lbs-Very difficult to get into the house. The manual says that it will take two people 120 minutes but It took me almost an hour just to take all the pieces out and assemble them on the floor in a logical order (there are lots of pieces). My nephew and I took about 4 hours to assemble it and we ran into several problems. The pieces that have the same number have no indication which one is left or right, so we had to disassemble some of them after we realized the problem. Also, the wood dowels that go in everywhere seem to serve no purpose but to make it harder to fit the pieces together. We tried pushing two of them further down and they popped out the other side, so now I have to fix the facade with glue and white paint! There were also two different parts missing so we finished without them since it didn't seem to affect structural integrity. Finally, the height of the top piece is NOT 39 inches as stated-It's 42 inches, which makes a difference for putting a TV above on the wall. We finally finished it and it does look nice and the heater and flames work fine. The "fire" sound is very low so I just downloaded a crackling fire sound from YouTube instead. *** Update after two weeks: The seller refunded me the entire purchase after reading my review (I didn't have to send it back). I appreciate sellers who read reviews and are supportive of their customers. If you're careful and are willing to devote half a day to setting this up, it will look nice. Plus, they dropped to price by about $100! I Changed my review from 3 to 4 stars. By the way, I was able to fit a 65 inch TV on top-See photo.

Great fireplace. VERY HEAVY BOX you will need help carrying. Put together in one night. The quality is nice and the heat puts out great! I use it when I’m wanting to living room to warm up a bit and after 5 minutes I’m turning it off. Highly recommend

The media could not be loaded. I love it, it looks great and feels very sturdy! Great price for the quality. The heater feels great. Easy to control. I got the white, although in person it is slightlyboff white compared to the bright white end table I have. However, right after I got it put up my husband placed his treadmill in front of it! Lol

We love this purchase! It did take us 2 days to assemble it. But we are old and slow. Everything needed was included and it went together perfectly. There's just a lot of parts. But now that's it's done, it's a beautiful addition to our home. The fireplace itself is perfect. You can just have the flames, with or without a crackling sound. Or you can have heat. No fancy led lights. Just a nice electric fireplace and mantel. It's perfect for us.
