We ordered this as a Cuddle couch for Christmas, we were excited when it arrived early, but only one piece arrived on Friday. UPS said I guess I will be back tomorrow. Tomorrow came and went, no other pieces. I noticed that the entire order had been marked as delivered so on Sunday I sent a message to customer service asking for an update on remaining pieces. On Monday they responded with tracking numbers for all the items and that eve UPS showed up with the remaining parts. We immediately set out to set it up. Sofa arrived in excellent condition and arrived faster than expected. The pillows are more on the firm side but I prefer that. Ended up making a pit couch with the different sections and it is AMAZING.
