This bench is perfect! It’s nice and sturdy and has a sleek feel. Building my home gym I did not want a cheap looking bench so I avoided buying one with extra cushion. It’s soft, simple set up and light weight. Amazon basics needs more workout equipment because I definitely will buy.

Turn that spare bedroom into a legit home gym with the Amazon Basics Adjustable Foldable Weight Bench, and cancel that gym membership (that you never use because you hate to drive over there and all those people always try to chat you up while you're sweating). This tank handles everything you can throw at it. 7 Real Positions (–10° decline to 90° upright). Flat, 3 inclines, 2 declines, military press. Seamlessly hits chest, shoulders, inclines, and even Spanish squats with my safety straps. 660 lb Real-World Capacity. More than most of us will ever need. Even if you're 180 benching several hundred pounds, you're good. Zero creak, zero wobble. 2" thick steel tube + reinforced cross-bracing = commercial-gym vibes. Folds to 9" Thick. Pull one pin, flip the legs, done. Stands upright in the closet or slides under the bed. Takes 8 seconds. 5-Minute Assembly. Like 8 bolts with the included wrench.

Padding could be better. Not as dense as I'd like. This bench is good for lower weights. Anything above 200lbs, I wouldn't try it on this bench. For the price, I think it is worth it. Great place for beginners to start. Not a big investment, but good enough to figure out if you are going to stay disciplined or not. If you bail on your gym routine, at least this won't put a huge hole in your wallet. If you find that you're serious about lifting, you can always upgrade to something a little more commercial down the road. The different inclines are nice. The bench feels fairly sturdy for what it's rated for. It was easy to put together, took me less than 20 minutes. Overall, I would not buy this again. Mainly because I am a serious lifter and I need something commercial.

This exercise bench receives an excellent review from me for its affordability, strength, longevity, and simple assembly. The folding function provides great convenience, making it perfect for individuals with space limitations or financial restrictions. Nonetheless, it is narrow and a bit short, which might not accommodate people over 6 feet or those needing a broader bench. First impressions emphasize its easy adjustability, robust construction, and the quality of materials, including the steel's thickness and the sufficient padding of the bench pad. The pad ensures comfort during workouts such as flat dumbbell presses while giving adequate support for bench presses. A wider pad would enhance comfort for users with broad shoulders. A slight disadvantage is the shin support foam, which lacks adjustability; additional assessment after prolonged use is required to assess its appropriateness. In general, this bench seems encouraging, and this user is completely satisfied with it. Will not find a better adjustable workout bench at this price point.
