I really like these cups. They are crystal clear, light weight, look very much like glass, and feel just right. I bought these because I am tired of my kids knocking over cups of water on the dining table...these are not top-heavy and slide rather than tip when bumped...perfect. And they look great too, and so far haven't gotten scratched up with normal use. Only issues I have is that they are brittle and can shatter and crack fairly easily. I ordered these for a theatre production where most actors were holding them to drink from on stage. They were perfect, clear, washed up while staying clear, and I brought them home afterwards for use after the show closed. Love the size. They were dropped during the theatre production and did not break, though I suppose they could if dropped at the right height or surface. I highly recommend them and look forward to years of use from them while not having to use disposable cups when we have gatherings, so leaving less of a carbon footprint on our earth. ... show more

The cups seem to be of good quality and look good. They were packaged very well, but still had a few light scratches. I assume they will scratch easily like other plastic glasses I've owned before. My biggest complaint is that the bottom of the glasses is very concave and will forever catch tons of water in the dishwasher and will have to be emptied, rinsed, and hand dried. Very annoying. I've owned these for over two years and now use them almost exclusively to drink from. The big reason, which I did not see in other reviews, is how they handle cold drinks. I live in Florida, and coasters are required for any container made of glass holding something cold. But for these, the plastic material along with the bottom ring acts as an insulator. The result is no coaster needed, even with an iced beverage. It's a great tradeoff for the pools of water they collect in the dishwasher. No wet rings ever. ... show more
