Where do I even begin this review! First this is my first review ever and it needed it. So in August I purchased a dtf printer from hvtront and let me tell you nothing but issues and customer service is absolutely ridiculous you paid $3000 for a machine and have to wait days for email back. I got aggravated and I went to Amazon bc that’s my go to place anyways I researched and kept reading reviews. I stumbled across this machine! I was skeptical you know just getting burned on other machine. I took the leap bc everyone said customer service was wonderful and even if the machine bad customer service means everything! So I purchased it. Once it arrived we start putting it together and I reached out to customer service. Absolutely within minutes I got response and we got videos pictures and walked us through it all. Even today I asked questions about gang sheet and they answered immediately! I would recommend this machine to anyone the prints have been absolutely fabulous and the colors are bright! If you’re looking for one take the leap and do it!
