So far this chair has been a God send. I've been diagnosed with several back and knee issues and the chair helps so much. I was very pleasantly surprised how smooth and quiet it is when reclining and lifting. I am also impressed by the look. The material is soft and feels just like leather and although the size is very comfortable, it is not obtrusive. The overall support and comfort is very good although slightly lacking in the lower lumbar but they do include a lumbar pillow. I very much appreciate the heating function although it's not overly powerful. The massage functions are vibrating and seem to be standard across the industry. Assembly was fairly easy with the exception of getting the back on because the brackets did not exactly line up. It did cause some frustration for my son as I was limited help. Overall I am very happy with the initial quality of this purchase and believe I would have paid twice as much at a furniture store. I only hope it holds up well, if not I will update this review.

The media could not be loaded. It's gift for the old Dad in the house, absolutely love the recliner. It's was easy to assemble, great size for the big guy. The quality is better than I expected. Great comfort cushioning and provides great lumbar support. I love the functionality as well,easy to operate, even for older. It's a life saver for the man in the house. Overall,it's a great investment and great value for money. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs one.

I bought this recliner because I wanted a chair where my child and I could sit together and read. I was specifically looking for something cozy and comfortable enough for shared reading time, and this chair has been perfect. An adult woman and a kindergarten-aged child can sit together comfortably, and my child absolutely loves how cozy it is. We have many chairs in our home, but this has quickly become my child’s favorite. After purchasing, I received an email notification that it would arrive in three boxes, and it was delivered within just two days. Assembly was very easy, though I recommend assembling it in the room where it will stay, since it likely won’t fit through doors once it’s fully put together. I tested both the massage and heating functions; personally, I prefer the heating function a little more, as it feels really relaxing. The chair is actually larger than I expected—in a good way—and I’m very happy with this purchase. If I experience any issues later, I will come back and update this review, but for now, we truly love it!

This chair is ALL it claims to be. The chair is very comfortable and sturdy, even for this big girl. The motion of the recliner is smooth, not at all jarring (as I've had with other chairs). I don't typically use the heat or massage, but tried them out and they worked fine. The company itself is truly amazing. Recently, I somehow twisted my knee, while in the chair, asleep, and was in severe pain, could not stand at all. EMS and fire Dept had to come to get me out of the house to the hospital. One of the firefighters didn't realize the recliner was motorized, and pushed the legs down manually. I returned home from the hospital a week later, to find that a part has snapped, and the recliner will not move. I reached out to the company, and they got back to me the next day and sent a new chair base. I am so very grateful. I am disabled, on a limited income, so buying another chair would be very difficult. My family got this chair for me, and I couldn't ask them to do it again. Thank you, so much, for sending the new base and extending the life of this comfy chair.

Vendor / advertiser should be penalized. This seller should not be allowed to sell on AMAZON until they make serious corrections to their advertising. Anyone using tis chair for anything besides MEDICAL EXAMS will be GREATLY disappointed. Product measurements are grossly inaccurate. Width and depth of seat measurements are wrong. This was represented as a 'BIG & TALL MAN' chair. When a 5'11" man reclines, his feet and ankles stick out into space @ 1 ft. passed the end of the 'foot rest'. Just not a very good recliner. Feels like you are sitting on a stack of 2X4 lumber with a cheap comforter thrown over it. Yuc!
