Very happy with purchase, love that had choice of matte black or glossy,I went with matte black .I was worried about if they would arrived broken how to return but all my pieces were intact and I ordered the 45 piece set ,package was very heavy which I thought how would I return if I had a issue but inside was a paper if piece was broken how to contact them to get a replacement of that piece to send a picture of broken piece ,so you dont have to return whole set and could get a replacement of that piece.Very happy would buy again. ... show more

The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that there are very minor imperfections. This item is more for people who like that they can tell an item is handmade and not mass produced in a factory. The minor imperfections are not something that majority of people would notice. The shape of the items are perfect just a finish was slightly messy on the very bottom of the item, I felt a bump, and the handle for the casserole dish is slightly turned off center. Otherwise the matte black is a gorgeous color and everything came intact. There's a nice weight to everything and the kit is great for a first start for all the glassware you may need for your first apartment or home. We love the shape and design of the set. Granted we have found that the plates and bowls are a lot larger than we need. But that's not a problem because it keeps us from knocking anything out of them when eating.
