This truly is a beautiful set of dishes. Almost like pieces of art. Looks aren't the only thing I like though. I really like the weight, they are not too heavy. The mugs are good size and feel like great quality. So far I am 100% happy with these dishes.

Oh WOWZA! What an absolutely beautiful set of dinnerware. I honestly did not expect such a well constructed set. All of the dinnerware is solid, not a crack, consistent in pattern and it is absolutely stunning. I am extremely pleased with it. I have to see if there are serving plates, sugar, creamer available as well. It’s downright beautiful! I was a bit concerned when it was delivered because the package was placed on its side. I thought for sure it would be cracked or something broken, to my surprise, it was double boxed, and between each plate and bowl it had corrugated cardboard separators, each cup also was surrounded with it. Like the dishes, they are nice sized and I like the design. Looks exactly the same is in the pictures. They do get a little hot when microwaved that could be a problem in the future. But the cups are large, the bowls and plates are nice size.

    • Nice dishes but they scratch easily!
These dishes appear to be sturdy. The colors are vibrant. They are a little larger than my previous dishes. Going from Corelle to these dishes there is definitely a weight difference, but I really like them. One of the bowls was cracked in half upon delivery. I sent an email to Gibson Home asking where I could obtain a replacement. Within a week I received a replacement bowl. Great customer service. Update: I have been using these dishes for 1 year. Sorry to say they scratch easily so they don’t look as nice as when I purchased them. Considering I have two 4 piece sets and only two people in our house, I would have expected them to not be as scratched as they are. I like the coffee mugs because they are large, but the coffee cools off in ten minutes and I have to keep reheating the coffee in the microwave. I will probably have to buy new dishes in the next few years because of how easily they scratch. ... show more
