Had it for over 5 months now and I would say the quality is AMAZING! I only had my original Xbox controller for 3 months before it got stick drift! This one here? Sturdy, works well, no stick drift after LOTS of gaming sessions! I love it and will be buying more!

Overall regret purchasing an Xbox over any other gaming system. The controller is the only thing that has consistently worked right and always connected to the Xbox even when actual games failed.     • Great feel and smooth performance, but stick drift showed up after a few months
I’ve always liked the feel of the standard Xbox controllers, and the Shock Blue version is no exception. The texture, grip, and overall ergonomics are excellent, and the controller pairs instantly over Bluetooth with my Xbox Series X, PC, and even my laptop without any issues. The buttons feel responsive, the triggers have a smooth pull, and the overall build quality seems solid at first glance. For the first few months, everything worked perfectly. The sticks were smooth, the input felt accurate, and there was no dead zone or lag. But eventually I did start noticing stick drift, which seems to be pretty common with the traditional analog stick design. It wasn’t terrible at first, but it slowly got worse and became noticeable in games that require precise movement. This is exactly why I ended up switching to hall-effect or other drift-resistant sticks on my newer controllers. Aside from the drift, the controller performs really well. The color is vibrant, the connectivity is reliable, and the layout feels comfortable even during long sessions. If Microsoft ever updates this model with hall-effect sticks, it would honestly be perfect. Still, for the price and the overall performance, it’s a good controller — just be aware of the long-term stick wear if you’re a heavy gamer. ... show more
