The media could not be loaded. Good set, I really like it! I'm a dude with wide, medium sized hands and this works great. It's not too loud and the included tools and bag are handy. I added plastic a shoebox container inside the bag to keep things sorted. I've included a short video on the chuck. You rotate the tip toward you until it slowly comes out. I used it to hang outdoor signs and build a chicken coop. When anyone in my house needs a lightweight drill or screwdriver , they grab it. It is now four years old and it works the same as when I took it out of the box so I would say it is durable. It is lightweight as I am a sixty five year old woman so I can't handle a heavy drill.
