This put a smile on my face when I received it. The Drawers operate so smoothly. It is heavy duty and high quality. The drawers have about a 3/16” thick rubber pad in the bottom of each drawer. Finish is flawless as it came well protected in a box within a box. I am very Happy with my purchase.

I am pleased with the tool chest it is well made and drawers roll in and out nicely. Very easy and smooth movement. Metal is a good thickness and paint is excellent. I bought a middle drawer model first and liked it enough to buy this one. The middle drawer unit came in perfect condition, but this model came with a small dent and one drawer not working correctly. I was able to remove the drawer from the slides (YouTube helped), reposition it, and reconnect it solving the problem. Now works great. The 4 star rating is for this and the small dent. I would buy this actual unit again even with the minor issues. I am pleased with the unit especially for the cost. ... show more

Let me tell you about my tool box purchase experience. I ordered this chest 2 days ago and it was on my porch this morning in excellent condition. No dents, scratches, or blemishes of any kind. It was double boxed, and the tool chest was wrapped in plastic with styrofoam pads surrounding it. Very well packed. Now to the chest itself. Seems quite sturdy. The drawers are a bit stiff yet, but there is no slack in the drawer guides. A very nice touch is the sturdy foam mat in the top tray and each drawer. The foam mats are sized to fit perfectly. Overall, this is a good purchase. I highly recommend that anyone looking to buy a good shop box carefully consider this brand. ... show more
