I'm telling you, these boots were super comfortable the first time I pulled them on, and two years later they are still going strong and are still treating my feet right. No break-in required and true to size (I'm a 12; they're a 12). I wear them in a welding shop three days a week, eight hours a day - they've taken lots of abuse, but I never even think about them. Good support, and for $80 or so they're one of the best work investments I've made. I'd buy another pair in a heartbeat... but I don't need to. ... show more

Boot is not very wide and toes feel cramped in the toe box. The steel toe cap presses right on my pinky. Otherwise, boots are very well made. They have been pretty waterproof so far. They have good traction.

I may treat this review like a journal and periodically update my review as the boots age, but as for now, 07/2024, the boots are new and both look great and fit true to size out of the box, with plenty space for a wider foot. They only got more comfortable as they were broken in. 03/2025 the boots are comfortable for all day wear, the leather is evidently on the cheaper side, and is not the most durable but still gets the job done. For the price, these boots are amazing. They need insoles to make them comfortable. They lasted the longest out of any cheap boots I've had. Steel toe doesn't shift and slip resistant is accurate. The resistance doesn't last forever. Once the tread starts to wear it gets slick fast

I bought these boots for construction and have been using them for over 10 months. The boots have held up well and the price is very reasonable. However, there are 2 small areas where the stitching wore through on the welt that attaches the leather to the rubber sole, and the leather has pulled away from the welt around the front end of the boot such that there is a small gap that collects dust and rocks. I do work in a very dusty environment and since dirt/dust is the destroyer of boots due to wearing down the stitches, I brush off the boots daily and wash/clean and use Hubert’s Shoe Grease once a month or so. The boots are comfortable and fit my high arch feet reasonably well….after 7 months of usage I ended up buying high arch inserts and made these boot wearable all day without an ounce of discomfort. The boots feel like they are insulated as they keep your feet warm in below freezing weather. They are also waterproof and the definitely keep the mud/water/snow from infiltrating the boots. However, this is where my one and only but huge complaint lies… the boots don’t breathe. My feet sweat excessively not only when it’s 105F but also 20F, and this is strictly due to the waterproofing that doesn’t let or in or out. I typically have to air out my feet after a few hours of usage as the damp feet just drives me crazy. I really love these boots but the sweaty feet is such a huge irritation that I don’t think I will be buying them again. However, if you in a situation where you expect to be standing is water, this will be your match. ... show more

These boots are amazing. I am an automotive technician and these boots have been the best boots I’ve ever worn. They are very durable, comfortable and light. I’ve bought these boots 3 times and would not buy any other boots. They have never worn out on me but I still like replacing my boots every year and these last. I would highly recommend these for anyone that was heavy duty boots for everyday use. ... show more
