It's light, the suction power is absolutely amazing!!!!! Spend the extra couple hundred $'s and get a vacuum that actually picks up EVERYTHING and makes your home CLEANER! It almost feels like it's self propelled and makes the house cleaner! Going under tables it's lies almost flat. After having a Kenmore (which was highly rated by consumer reports) and a bissell for pets ($500 in vacuums in 5 years). The math was easy. The extra tools are also easy to use without a lot of work to affix the attachments. Did I mention, BEST VACUUM EVER! UPDATE: Forgot to mention, this vacuum will actually lay flat to go under the coffee table, end table and various chairs. Being a former Hotel Housekeeping Manager, I knew that the Sensor was used throughout the industry and was dependable. True work horse. It is a durable vacuum with excellent power. The pros - accessories for an upright, quiet, cord length and power! Assembly is easy. It was delivered within 3 days of ordering. A few negatives - there isn't a light on front and the vacuum is heavy. Disappointment - why I didn't rate for 5 stars. Mine kicked out (motherboard fried) after 2 uses and I had to bring to an authorized Repair Rep after I called Windsor directly and ran through a few diagnostic tests. For the $$ this was disappointing. But I knew in the long run, this is the vacuum I will have for years. If you want a good vacuum, that will last, you have to invest. And the Windsor is definitely a good investment. ... show more

I purchased this vac because our office wore out 3 or 4 vacs in less than 5 or 6 years. We vacuum 4 days per week on about 1000 square feet of commercial carpet. The other vacs were in the $200 range from major manufacturers that you could get at many department stores. Our church buys this manufacturers vac for many of its buildings and they work extremely well for them. Setting #2 works well for commercial carpet. The cord is long enough we only need to plug it in once to do the whole office. It feels like quality and is very smooth. It is not very loud. I can't comment on the longevity yet, but if it lasts like the other models I've seen from Winsor, I'll be happy. ... show more

This thing is one expensive POS. It turns its self off, it stops picking up the little things and it doesn’t always get it into the bag. It snaps together like a freaking Lego so when you pick it up, it comes apart. Don’t waste your money.

This is an excellent machine. Our cleaning person works at a fancy hotel nearby and they use them, so as our old hover failed, I bit the bullet and got one. They are expensive, but they are extremely well engineered. Easy to clear any clogs, replace or clean filters and brushes, vary quiet compared to our old unit and great suction.     • To much money for a vacuum that’s not going to hold up
When it works this is the best vacuum. I used to work for a commercial cleaning company and that’s all they used, but here’s the problem they break all the time I decided to go out on my own as a solo cleaner and in less than six months I already have to replace the handle and I’m having to pay out-of-pocket because the two year warranty that they say they give you has a lot of hoops and things that they don’t tell you about leaving you without your vacuum cleaner for potentially a month or two. I had to go out and buy a new vacuum cleaner just so I can continue business while I wait on the handle they made a big ordeal that I would even have to pay the service technician to come look at it and see if it was my fault even though one month then I was already having problems with it. I thought I would never want to own a different vacuum than this brand but after this, I am done with it. I’m going to fix it sell it and I’m just going to find one in a local store that is replaceable and more affordable. ... show more
