Wow! A product's rating can sometimes be the combination of initial quality and the level of customer service delivered when notified of a product defect. Initially I was disappointed in the fit. Inconsistent fit from the driver's side which was slightly bowed and fit poorly, interfering with parking brake activation and the passenger side which fit perfectly. I messaged WeatherTech promptly and received a quick response. After sending them some pictures and answering a few questions, their customer service team quickly sent me a replacement mat that fit perfectly. Well done! Just expected a perfect fit for the expense. Harder material than expected also. Gaps at some vertical areas. Rear mat had a gap between the base and door frame. Long story short - I will definitely keep as there is nothing quite like them.
