The kid LOVES IT! I am 42, 238lbs and I can get it to go 11 to 13mph on pavement. Super fun and stable. Easy to set up. Great tool to get from point A to B in a hurry. Once she outgrows it, its my turn to run on it!

I’ve had this scooter since last year and she’s still going strong I love the color of the scooter bc it’s purple and girlie The scooter goes pretty fast it goes upwards to 18 mph and it gets me where I need to go It’s fun to ride and ppl always ask me how much and where did I buy it I’ve bought accessories for it like a dog bag that hangs on the handle bars for my chihuahua Rocky A speaker for my music and a phone holder and a cup holder Customer service is superior to almost all the other customer service I’ve had on Amazon, they are wonderful ,they listen and they replace parts for you. I think it’s awesome and it’s a great investment and if you wanna go have fun with your kids too it’s great. it’s good clean fun. I never worry if it’s gonna break down because I always charge it before I leave and it keeps charged for a long time. I can travel all across town and then back so the range for the battery is good. I also bought some lights that light up off the handlebars and I do like that. It has a front light and when you hit the brakes, it has the brake light. I bought a gel, memory foam seat cushion for it, and it makes it more comfy on my tush. I would love to buy more scooters in the future from Urbanmax ! They have my loyalty now ! Btw it was super easy to put together out of the box it was shipped in too! You won’t regret this purchase just go ahead and buy it now !

I bought this electric scooter for my teenage daughter. She and her mom love riding the scooter in the evening, after school and work. The lights on the ES allow clear visibility for safety. The battery life is amazing. The battery takes five hours to fully charge. The charge will last all day. The seating is very comfortable. The scooter is easy to store, and it is light in weight to travel with. When riding, you can barely hear it making its way up the driveway. My family loves riding it and we loved the price we paid for it! We highly recommend this ES for recreational fun.

The scooter is so fun! I got it so that when my husband is at work with our only vehicle I can still go down the road to go fishing or go to miles into town to go to the grocery store. I have a regular bike but I really like the scooter a lot better. The seat is really comfortable, the light is nice and bright, the deck is quite grippy and wide. The basket is kind of small but serves its purpose. and I absolutely love the color! I think maybe, if I had to change one thing at all on the entire scooter it would be the acceleration button. I think I would rather have it be a thumb button than an entire wrist turn. But honestly it's a 10 out of 10 for this I love it!

I wanted to wait to leave a review so if any issues were to arise I'd know and be able to share. It was short easy assembly. It charges pretty quick. Rides smooth and the battery last pretty good. It goes up inclines with ease and doesn't slow down even when strong winds are pushing against me. The downfalls, the kickstand is a pos that is constantly coming loose and dripping the scooter creating scratches in the paint. The trail light is way, way to low. If you put anything in the basket it can't be seen which really limits and driving from dusk on. The brakes, both front and rear, have squeaked terribly since day one. Looks like that's my first repair that should not be needed yet. The seat is pretty hard making the ride slightly uncomfortable. Lastly, the grip tape on the floor board has bubbles everywhere and it's continuing to lift. Another unnecessary repair that will need done sooner than later. I would but another one of I were shipping for one since overall it's not that bad. I just wish it didn't come with immediate repairs needed when it's new.

Edit: tire now pops monthly. Do not buy. Finally received the replacement tube. Had already had it repaired though... UPDATE: DROPPED MANY STARS BECASUE DUDE NEVER FOLLOWED UP OR SENT A REPLACEMENT TUBE. HAD TO PURCHASE HERE ON AMAZON. ALREADY FIXED IT. ALSO. THE REAR LIGHT IS ON THE SCOOTER. IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING IN THE BASKET, PEOPLE BEHIND YOU CANNOT SEE THE BRAKE LIGHTS. DESIGN FLAW... It came with a bike seat. I replaced that with a schwinn fat old lady seat without the crotch part and it's super comfy. I popped the tube on the back tire recently and the company is sending me a free tube!!! Great service!! Love the scooter. People stop me all the time to ask about it. I actually did the same to a chick that was parking her scooter at a place I was dining at, asked her about it, then went home and proceeded to buy one for myselves (all of the me's, muhahahaha) Great price point and it's super fun. Ride it to my job 1 mile from home and to get groceries etc. You can stand up or sit down whilst riding it. I'm 54 and also have a big e bike from evercross that has 1k 5 star reviews that I'm using during the interim. Wasn't in the market for an ebike necessarily, but found it to be convenient whilst my urbanmax is down. Highly recommend.... and DEFINITELY change the seat. A bicycle seat doesn't really make sense because you're not peddaling anything.

I Absolutely love this thing. Perfect for camping. Tires are small so be careful not to remove hands from bars while riding. The death wobble will get you. This won't happen if you be sensible and focus forward and keep hands on bars. This will go about 15mph does pretty well on hills. The battery life is pretty good for the price. Would not recommend for small kids. Older teens and adults should wear a helmet because of the small wheels and ease of losing control. :)
