I’m giving this 3 stars as the actual shoes look lovely. However I am sending them right back as they are obviously used! They arrived in a box with no tags or packaging other than a ripped piece of tissue paper. I noticed there were dark curly hairs in the insoles and the wool lining at the heel inside shoe was flattened and rubbed dark (from dirt or a dark sock?) Took a white cloth to the outer shoe and it came back grey. These were someone’s house slippers for a while :/ Poor quality control for an expensive item where full price was paid. ... show more
