Let's first address the low reviews and complaints about their new watches that "stopped running/ticking" or "has a bad battery." Nicest way I can put this: They are poorly informed. I can use stronger words, but I'd be violating Amazon's Community Guidelines. So, let's just educate them in a friendly manner. This is an AUTOMATIC watch, which means that IT DOES NOT RUN ON A BATTERY. It is powered by the movement of your wrist. Eventually, of course it will stop running when you are no longer wearing it. So, just give it a nice shake, and it should run again. And yes, it probably reminds you of the rattle that you play with on a daily basis. Good for you. Now, with the review... This is a great watch! I love the TV-shaped case! The expansion band is quite nice and comfortable. For the dial, the turquoise color is perfectly vibrant, and the indices have a good shine to them. Despite the relative thickness of the case, the size of the case still sits very well on the wrist. The weight is perfect. Great price on this as well. Overall, a nice watch to have. This watch is nothing short of stunning. I was pretty hesitant on getting it at first because I wasn't sure if I would like the small tv style dial. I am glad I took a chance on it because I love it and so does everyone else. This watch pulls people's eyes to it with the bright Tiffany Blue dial. This watch does exactly what I hoped it would do, it keeps time, feels of quality, is extremely comfortable, all while being an almost perfect weight. The stretch style band is also nice and has a toolless system to remove links that works great. I barely notice it's on until I look down and the dial catches my eye and pulls me in. I waited for the teal blue to come back in stock and waited a month to get it when I did. The links in the band are easy to remove to adjust the band size, and I really like the way the watch looks. Unfortunately I had to return it as it stopped working the very next day; tried re-setting the time and it stopped again not long afterwards. Maybe just a bad battery although as it was just re-stocked I wonder how that could be. Maybe shoulda got another Bulova. ... show more

I love the look of this stylish retro watch so much that I bought one in gold on gold, and one in silver with a dark blue dial. I wore the gold on gold one today and got nonstop compliments at work. This watch is unisex and suitable for anyone with a small or average size wrist. It's a reissue of a vintage release from the early 80s. Other reviews have said the watch is loud but I don't hear anything even when I hold it to my ear. It's keeping time with accuracy and it was easy to set the date and time. I did replace the stretch band (it pinches if your wrist is larger) with a Milanese mesh gold band ordered separately. I ordered a dark blue leather band to go with the silver. You can easily swap out the band for a different or dressier look, or to match your outfits. I feel that I got a nice watch for a low cost, my only complaint is if you have a bigger wrist the included band is uncomfortable. Timex doesn't sell additional links for it, so keep that in mind. Since it was inexpensive I didn't mind spending a bit more for a different band, plus I like having a variety of bands to choose from. One of my favorite watches, it’s eye catching in a subtle way. That said it’s difficult to wind as I wear maybe two times a week. I use a small diameter plastic tube that fits on the crown to wind the time piece’s “engine”.

Watch quality felt ok, but I still felt I paid a little more than this seems its worth. Once I got it on my wrist, I ended up returning it because it was just too small. Definitely one for daintier wrists.

Thanks Kevin O'Leary for keeping this watch sold out everywhere, but it's great! Looks more expensive than it is. Timex really needs to separately sell these "perfect fit" expansion bands. The adjustment is FAR easier than the awful process of adjusting normal speidel type expansion bands. They would make a killing off me if they did. Very elegant watch!
