I purchased these boots and the size is one size too small. I would like to return and replace for a bigger size. Amazon doesn't have a return policy for this product or with this company and sends me directly to the Thirtytwo website to submit a support request. There is no email address or contact phone number. I filled out the customer service form which seems to go into a black box. Thirtytwo doesn't respond to my support inquiries.     • Tongue moves left or right at will
Everyone's foot is different. This is a decently highly rated boot but I had heel lift in it. MOST IMPORTANTLY - the tongue shifts left or right at will during the day like a scrappy sneaker from k mart. I didn't notice it until it was too late, and my shin was pressed up against the hard shell of the boot for a full ride down a 4500' mountain. It left a scar. After that I had to adjust it on the lift back up every time. Never again. Higher quality boots have velcro to keep the tongue exactly where you want it ... show more

These boots are great, hard to find cheaper duble boas. The size runs a little small so we had to by 2 sizes bigger than my husband had before (usually wears size 10 snowboarding boots, but had to buy size 11).
