    • Buyer beware- Worst mattress to invest in ever!
When we first slept on this bed it seemed firm, but we read it’s supposed to conform to your sleeping pattern-ALL lies! A year and a half later this mattress is a nightmare! My husband and I are waking up with severe hip pain, back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain, waking up in the middle of the night to arms and legs, going numb or throbbing. In time, this mattress has gotten harder and harder. We’ve tried everything to make it softer/comfortable, hoping that after spending this amount of money, we can salvage the mattress and the pain of sleeping on that bed would go away, but to no avail! Hands-down this is either a bootleg mattress or the worst mattress, EVER! We are barely sleeping at night and have now come to the decision that we have to get rid of this mattress because our sleep is so much more important. Please don’t make the same costly mistake I made listening to all the hype! If you check on BBB you will see others complaining of the same issue. Please save your money and the health of your body. I slept at my daughters and slept in her bed for two nights. she has a temper pedic mattress, but the highest end (most expensive), and extremely firm, and it is over 9 yrs old. I had amazing pain relief all over, and renewed energy! So I bought a mattress I could afford during labor day sale, temper pedic hybrid medium firmness. It has made no difference for me in relieving pain. I do have to inform you that I have cervical stenosis, which was the pain I was trying to relieve and to support my shoulders. This is the best mattress I have ever owned. Given the opportunity I may have spent the extra 800 to get the pro version but this is by far the most comfortable and better cooling mattress I have ever had a great nights sleep on.

This is my 5th Tempur-Pedic purchase & the first time I’ve been disappointed. They have changed them drastically. The old ones were extremely heavy. Moving one was a lot like moving a dead body. The new ones now are extremely light weight & easy to move. Anyway, I slept on my new one for the first time & woke up in so much pain. 4 hours later I am still in so much pain that I need a pain pill. I have only slept on this brand of mattress for over 10 years because of the comfort & support. I don’t know what the company has done differently but this will be my last purchase & I won’t sleep on this $2000 mattress a second night. ... show more
