This model is a few steps above a basic telephone. If you are planning to use this on Visible, you will need to have it unlocked, because it will not accept the Visible SIM. I would recommend just buying an unlocked model, instead of trying to navigate their telephone support. Able to connect to wifi networks, and use wifi calling (I haven't tried this feature).     • It's a PREPAID phone and will not work with a regular account
I ordered this phone to replace my 80 year old mothers phone. Unfortunately the phone could not be connected with Verizon because the phone is PREPAID phone and I do not have a PREPAID line. No where did it say this in the description.

    • Phone will not charge
It shut down and will not restart unless I take a battery from my old phone and put it in . So that is what I am doing charging a battery in my old phone and placing it in the new one when it is fully charge . I sent a message to the seller but have heard nothing thus far but it has only been one day . It is a good phone otherwise .     • Changed my life
I couldnt stay off my smart phone so I decided to give this a shot, and oh man does it work. Ive gotten back into reading, been playing my favourite games more often, and discovered that radio is way more enjoyable than spotify. The main cons have been slow loading times, it freezes if its on for too long, voice-to-text working only 40% of the time, and youtube being the only video website it seems to be able to play. Even with that I say its 4 stars cuz I really enjoy it as my main phone. If you dont need social media, android/apple play store, or speedy internet on your phone and wanna try a dumbphone I highly recommend. At $30 it does way more than I would expect, and if it doesnt work for you its not like you messed up a $300 phone purchase. ... show more

If you don’t like being in your phone all the time. Thus is the one to get. Or if you have someone who drops phones all the time this is the one to get. Its an easy to use, compatible with most services. The phone quality is better than a screen that breaks if you drop it from 2 feet. The battery lasts all day because not on it all day.
