We purchased a boat tube for our Lakehouse. My grand children absolutely loved tubing at the lake. They were very sad when a leak was found in the bladder of the tube I contacted Harper in customer service and was thrilled with his quick response and positive attitude to help us. After sending pictures and videos, I was thrilled to learn that Harper and.Swonder we’re willing to replace the tube. My grandkids are thrilled and anxiously awaiting to start tubing again thank you.

The tube is a heavier duty tube, but the cover ripped long ways around the circumference on first use. We finished using the tube for the day and the rip did not grow any more. I reached out the the company and they quickly sent a replacement. We'll see how the new tube holds up on the next outing.

Our teenagers love this tube! It’s a much better ride than the tubes you sit down in. We did have an issue with the handles breaking off and contacted the Swonder Team and they responded quickly and sent a replacement. I was really impressed with their customer service!!

I thought this tube would be big enough to hold 3 teenagers (like my old one) by the looks of it but it is too small for teenagers. Kids 10 and under is more like it. Unfortunately, I will have to return it and we will miss out on several days of water time.

The media could not be loaded. We purchased this tow tube and it has been a blast out of the gate! I’m a large man and I got on it and had no issues. I’m also a baseball coach and my players really enjoyed it! Easy set up and something we’re going to use every time we take the boat out!

The tube does not hold air more than a couple hours and Amazon won’t let you return it without it back in the original box. Of coarse we didn’t keep the box because it is not an item that fits in the box after you inflate it. So now we are just out the money

Fast shipping. Nice size. Used first three days on our vacation and tube is leaking and won't hold air. I'm pretty sure tube ripped inside. I'll try to fix it but a real letdown
