I looked a quite a few different types of machines and not only was this less expensive than the others, but it appeared to be easier on the back. As I've gotten on in age, it has gotten more difficult for me to get up and down and I worried about it. This is a good way to start building lower body strength. I really like it. I bought this hoping to give it to my wife for mother's day and it came with no instructions and the coil was completely broken! I tried calling the warranty card number and it says it doesn't exist. Then I tried going to the website on the warranty card and it says it doesn't exist! Therefore, I sent it back because there's nothing you can do to fix it! ... show more
