The media could not be loaded. This digital calendar is sturdy, well-made, and beautiful in any space. It was bigger than I expected, in a great way. I found it fairly easy to set up. It has already inspired my kids to have a more solid routine and get their tasks done without constant reminding on my part. It is easy enough to navigate that my 5, 7, and 9 year olds can check off the tasks they’ve completed throughout the day — the simple act of checking off their tasks has turned into a form of instant gratification for them. I love that my husband and I can view our individual and family calendars in one place. The various roles in our family are: pastors, homeschool parent, therapist, three kids in various sports, not to mention grocery shopper, and all family events/appointments planner. This calendar has helped to organize and alleviate my mental load. Do yourself a favor and BUY IT ALREADY!

This planner is amazing and so easy to use. The setup takes no time at all you just need WiFi and your cell phone. It’s really well made and comes with an option to mount or have sit on your counter top. We use it for everything! Grocery lists, appointments, routines and tasks as well. If you’re someone who gets validation from marking off a to do list this is the ultimate to do list. You can also assign profiles with their own color for even more customization on the calendar and tasks.

This was purchased as a gift for my daughter-in-law and she is loving it. She found it easy to set up and it seamlessly synced to their phones. They are a family of 4 and have very busy work and play schedules so they are finding this a great tool to stay organized and keep up with their weekly events. The 15” size worked well for them. They hung it over their coffee bar area and it looks really nice and is functional for a quick glance at the day as they fix their coffee to head out the door. It also works as a digital picture frame which is such a cool feature. I think this is a really smart thing to have for any busy family. Just one note to keep in mind—It does require a monthly subscription.

I love this calendar and the app!! It has helped my family keep track of all our schedules perfectly!! We tried so many things that didn’t work. This is perfect. My favorite is meal planning. I can add a recipe and my fiance can follow it so easily.

My wife pushed me to purchase this Skylight Calendar as we head into the new school year. Our kids are finally at an age that they want to know all the things. What do we have going on during the day, what are we eating, and what chores should they be doing. Well a few weeks in, I can say this is a game changer with a few caveats. Integrating calendars could not be easier. We are an Apple household and it was very easy to make our calendars public to get a shareable link and add those into the Skylight companion app. Within minutes we had the calendar reflecting all our shared, personal, and sports calendars. I think we may have 5 - 6 syncing without issue. Skylight also offers a holiday calendar that we enabled. Profiles allow you to easily create task lists for your kids. Both of our kids have repeating daily tasks, think empty the dishwasher or shower, that were easy to create. They also have weekly chores, like pulling weeds, that we setup. While viewing the calendar, you can enable a view to show how many tasks they have for the day and how many they have completed. As they complete these, they can easily mark them off. As they complete tasks, if you pay for the subscription, you can assign star values so they can claim rewards. We have setup a few rewards for them, but still playing with the value of rewards to number of tasks they are doing. We are also using this as a digital picture frame, which you must also pay for through the subscription. They say the photo storage is unlimited. I think your cloud storage is unlimited, but the device has to have a cap. Currently have maybe 300 photos synced to. After 5 minutes of no one using it, it begins to go through them. One complaint I have, is even though I’ve synced 300 photos, I tend to see the same ones a lot. I don’t have any proof, but think the device may refresh the photos it has in its storage, but not hold them all which is why. From a form factor standpoint, this is a well built device. It feels very solid and has a pretty crisp screen. It includes a stand or wall mounting parts. I have no fear of my kids damaging this device, hopefully. Overall I think this is a great device for keeping a family who has kids without their own phones/devices on track with what’s going on, on task with chores, and display family photos. However, a few complaints: 1. A subscription to unlock rewards, meal planning, using it as a digital picture frame is kinda crazy for the cost of the device. 2. While there is a sleep mode to turn the display off at night. It’s on all the time. Feel like they should have included a sensor to detect motion to save energy. 3. While ours has been on and connected for a few weeks, I know there is an update out there that includes weather that we have not gotten yet and there is no way to force a software update. So kind of at the mercy of when updates come out. Overall a great little device, with some quirks.

I really like this Skylight Calendar overall—it’s a great way to keep everything organized and visible for the whole family. The display is clear, easy to read, and the touchscreen is pretty user-friendly once you get the hang of it. Setup was straightforward, and I love being able to manage events digitally without needing a paper calendar. My only downside is that it’s not quite as seamless or fast as I expected at times, and there’s a bit of a learning curve with syncing and features. But once it’s set up, it definitely serves its purpose well. I think it will be great as my son gets older! If you’re looking for a modern, shared family calendar, this is a solid option!

Absurdly expensive, annually an additional fee, but OMG can't live without it anymore. Probably the best purchase of 2025. I'm sure you can put something together yourself for less money, but the ability of forwarding basically anything to this calendar and have it create events has both saved me so much time but mostly made it so we all actually use it. It looks good, nothing special but having it show some photos that we sent to it has made it more fun. My only "complaint" is the lack of any battery. Would be nice if it had a 30-60 minute battery so you can take it off the wall and go through the calendar with the whole family at the table without having to gather around it hanging on the wall, especially given the price it wouldn't be a luxury, but it's not a big deal.
