From the time I placed my order all the way through to the troubles we had with the shipping carrier ... these folks are the REAL DEAL! Instant customer service ... I had sent pics of some shutters we had placed by a local company and looking at those, Jeremy was able to make some suggestions to make these shutters match! The price was SO MUCH less than other local quotes we received. That had us a little worried about quality but no worries there! These are high quality and fit like a glove! We did have a problem with the carrier losing the box that the shutters were in but Jeremy was right there with us and helped us finally get them delivered a week later. It was just a shipping fluke ... not this company's fault! I absolutely love these shutters! If you are hesitating because you are worried about doing this on-line, do NOT be afraid! They have this down to a science! This was such a rewarding experience, I am now thinking of getting more for the other windows in our home (I guess I better break the news to hubby). Could not be happier with how it turned out. I accidentally left off one measurement. They reached out via email and got the measurements. It wasn’t but a week later and the entire unit showed up.
