Got a great price from Amazon. Manuf wanted triple the amount. Amazon said โ€œused-very good, package has been openedโ€ It looked brand new and unused when we received the canvas. No defects - awesome deal!

    • Doesn't hold up.
Pros: large 18x30 covered carport. Fairly affordable. Negative: tarp material dried up from Florida sun in exactly 14 months and ripped to shreds with the first decent wind (20-25mph). Called shelter logic, they were zero help, 2 months out of warranty. Offered a 10% discount on a replacement top. Which was still more expensive than what it sells for on Amazon. Once this new top shreds it self next year, I'll put up metal roof paneling. ... show more

I purchase two of these as replacements as my previous ones only lasted two years. However, the ShelterLogic seem to be the most durable on the market. Since I purchased the previous replacements ShelterLogic are being cheapos on the included components - NO bungee cord tie-downs included !!! This is a pain as I have to now order and wait for new ones as the old ones are no use and I have already stripped the old roof off the garage. So Buyer Beware - if you order this canopy, include bungee cords to your order. Major CHEAPO on ShelterLogics part !! ... show more

    • Fits Perfect
I replaced my old canopy with this unit. The fit was perfect but they did not put as many grommets in this replacement as the original had. I had to add a few extra grommets (TG-12 Tarp Grabbers) in between the factory installed grommets so that the canopy would not catch water between the factory grommets. This was only a problem at the mid-spans of the support structure. Once I did that, all is well. All that said, I would still buy this again when it comes time to replace this cover. ... show more
