Bought these for my one year old granddaughter who enjoys watching Sesame Street, and they are her absolute favorite things to play with while she’s at my house. The figures are big enough not to be a choking hazard, but still small enough to fit perfectly in her hand. She carries one in each fist wherever she goes (around the house), teethes on them, claps them together to make noise, stacks them on top of her blocks, and just seems to love them all around.     • Great gift idea for a toddler!
My daughter loves these! These are such a great set to have in my diaper bag for emergency situations (i.e. restaurants) when I need to keep my toddler occupied. She can play with these for a very long time, and carries them around with her everywhere she goes. They are the perfect size for little hands to hold and play with. Approximately the same size as Fisher Price Little People. She loves playing with them in the bath as well, the only one that's not allowed in the bath is Oscar, since he has a small opening and I don't want water to go in and make it moldy, but otherwise they are also a great bath companion! I started buying these any time we need a small gift idea for a child between 1-3 years old. I used these Sesame Street characters on my baby’s 1st birthday cake and it turned out just perfect! They are a lot lighter than I thought they would be and they’re hollow so they won’t weigh your cake down. I thought they were a bit pricey for the quality (think McD happy meal toys) but my daughter loves them so I can’t complain. I love how each character is holding up one hand because I was able to place the balloon picks in their hands and it looked great. I purchased the balloons on Amazon as well and they’re amazing. I purchased these as stocking stuffers for my 18 month old, who was just introduced to the Sesame Street characters. The packaging was very easy for me to pop open, which was appreciated. I was expecting something similar to Little People, but these figures are made of a harder, cheaper plastic. They’re also hollow and very light. They don’t feel very high quality at all, but my daughter loves them. They’re the perfect size for her hands and seem to be holding up well so far. My 23 month old grandson is in love with these figures. He lines them up when watching Sesame Street and when reading a Sesame Street picture book he includes the Playskool character. The sizing is perfect for his little hands; the colors are vibrant and are a match to the characters in books. He uses the clear plastic that encased the figures as a puzzle board for them. Love these. Excellent value considering EACH piece individually packaged is $5-6. This set of 5 Sesame Street characters are SO indispensable, that we have 4 sets - upstairs, downstairs, diaper bag and backpack. They are made of a hard plastic and are hollow and lightweight. They are “waterproof” and don’t take up water (except Oscar, for some strange reason) and they float on top in the bath tub or pool. The paint on Elmo’s eyes, or Abby’s hair does scratch off with (regular) abuse, but they are still holding well after many months of use. ... show more
