This will also help with the overall health and lifespan of your mattress., To clean your mattress, we suggest applying baking soda to the soiled area and letting it stand for about 15 minutes. Then, vacuum and repeat as needed. It's important that you also air the product out as much as possible., We do not recommend applying liquids to the product. Applying liquids may stain the fabric and could potentially make the soiled area worse. Moisture or chemicals applied directly to the mattress can cause premature breakdown of the foam and damage the product.

I wanted a hotel style bed and feared this would be rolled up on arrival. Not sure why but a fear nonetheless. It arrived in a huge box and not rolled up. Might I add the s*x in this bed was amazing too. I have put my needs aside and bought cheap quality furniture and I was done with that. It was time to put my needs first and I splurged. I almost bought into the 2k packages from platform and bed but with research spent less than 900$ for bed and platform and it was worth it!!!!!! Absolutely am amazing purchase. Chefs kiss. This is possibly the worst mattress I have ever owned. My wife and I are both pain every day because how hard this mattress is from what seems to be a very thin layer of actual cushion. It also started to dip where we sleep within 3 weeks and as of now 45+ days inn there is a lump in the middle. I weight 157 pounds and my wife weighs less, how is that possible? Serta won't honor the 100 day warranty because we bought it from Amazon but the seller is literally Serta! I have contacted both Amazon and Serta both have not responded. You think you're buying a quality mattress because it's a Serta but it's not, come to find out this was manufactured by a third party that uses cheaper material and slaps a Serta tag on there, another review confirms this. I also noticed that the name of the mattress we received was Serta Perfect Sleeper Oasis not Ultimate, I could have bought that mattress for almost $200 cheaper from another retailer. I mean this with all sincerity, this mattress will cause neck, shoulder and hip pain unless you sleep exclusively on your back. ... show more

Local store didn't have this model, the medium they offered didn't have the pillow top part, so was very happy to find that Amazon had it and at a great price point too. It's winter, so the cooling features actually were more noticeable to me enough that we bought a warmer comforter to use with this mattress. Apparently our old one was holding a lot more heat in! I'm hoping it adds comfort in the summer months as well. ... show more

We wanted a mattress with coils and not foam. The quality of this mattress is excellent and the cost less than our local furniture store. It was delivered when promised and they will offer to haul away old mattress. Great buy!

First, great quality and comfy mattress. Replaced our old one that was 15 years old. I'm a side and stomach sleeper. My wife is a side and back sleeper. We're getting better sleep for sure. My only complaint is the sides/edge support breaksdown very quickly and easily. I'm no skinny mini I'll admit, but after a couple weeks i go to sit down on it and I'm already feeling the pushback from the side frame of our bed. We have a slat base bed set, no box spring. Figured for the price the sturdy construction in the middle of the mattresa would've extended to the sides/edges. I was wrong. I'd recommend to someone, but make them aware of where the quality stopped. ... show more
